I was refused service because the manager told me I had left trash on the table on my last visit.Next time I went in this McDonald's I was given 2 sugars for my Coffees and was told they had no more.So I was told to leave their restaurant.I was not welcome there.all because I complain about service.They seve me cold Cold Coffee and I paid for it and then management don't even apologize this is really bad business For Them

I never leave reviews but I'm so disappointed with the service that this time I feel like I have to. I ordered breakfast for my daughter and I. I ordered a deluxe breakfast and a Sausage McGriddle but by itself (as in not a combo). I end up getting a Sausage McGriddle with no egg and no cheese. Just the sausage and pancakes…… It sucks because this is not what I wanted and by the time I realized what I had got I already was home. I tried to reach McDonald’s but the calls don’t go through????it’s so frustrating.

I ordered a double cheeseburger late at night, but when I got home, I realized they had given me the wrong burger. I contacted customer service, and they emailed me saying the store manager would contact me to resolve the issue. Three months later, the store manager has still never contacted me. This is the worst McDonald's store manager I've ever encountered. Irresponsible and with an extremely poor attitude.

Just another reason, im going to stop coming to this McDonald's. I usually send my husband to get our food, due to convenience. We pay ahead of time with his debit card that is linked to my app. I send them his parking spot number. Today we did the samething we usually do. I got my email with the confirmation. He went and all the parking spots were full he went inside I told him give my name and the confirmation. One of the managers says the order isn't confirmed, we told her but the money came out of his acct and here's the confirmation number. She said no, and didnt give us our order. Are you kidding me, its food lol why is she acting like we are trying to scam for a brand new TV or something. We had proof we paid. She said my phone needed to be present at the location. How ridiculous. He stopped by after work, of course he didn't have my phone. We never had the issue before until today. This location has bad reviews maybe due to bad management, long lines and wasting time on things like this.

Went for.the McRib, fries, amd an apple turnover. McRibs were ok. But the fries were cold and stale chewy. The apple turnover was about as tasteless and dry as you can get. Because of past years, and other people's comments and complaints on social media, I have not been to this location for nearly 20 years. But the McRib lured me back for a try. I will probably get another one before they are gone for the season, but not at this location. The staff was friendly, I do have to say that. Very nice, and tried to help. Which tells me that the quality is a management issue. They apologized for the cold/stale fries and replaced them with fresher ones. But you can tell that hot fresh fries are being dumped on stale ones in the pan. McDonald's is not worth the price. I wouldn't be able to feed my family there. It would be $100 to feed my family of 6 when the kids lived at home.
