My 2 breakfast sandwiches taste extremely nasty.I want to go put hot sauce on my egg and I noticed the egg.Looking a weird color and a very foul smell coming from it.I didn't even eat it.My second sandwich had the same type of egg color on it.And I basically just threw him away.I'm extremely mad that.I just wasted my lunch on this

Incredibly long wait times, they completely ignore the line in the lobby to serve drive thru faster. What’s even the point of opening the lobby if you won’t serve the customers in there. I waited 20 minutes for my food while it just sat there behind the counter waiting for an employee to even pay attention to the lobby. Then, they give me half an english muffin for the top of the sandwich, they couldn’t even take the time to replace it with a full muffin top. Also don’t even bother calling their corporate #, NO ONE ANSWERS.

Do not come here. Save yourself and go to a McDonald's a little bit further away. Service is terrible here
Literally have not been to McDonald's in years . I came to this one for my kids to get food after practice. I waited in the drive thru for 22 minutes with only four cars in front of me.. absolutely ridiculous to be stuck in a drive thru that you can't leave ..this was by far the longest fast food ever .. sub par food sub par service sub par all around .. idk if it is just this McDonald's but i for one won't be back again

I utilize my McDonald’s reward to get the iced coffee and sausage Mcgriddle combo. The iced vanilla coffee was good. The Mcgriddle was nasty and dry. I order two additional sausage egg McMuffins. however, they gave me sausage McMuffins… With no eggs of which I paid for! See we see in pictures for today’s drive-through code order number 1252.

So this morning I went through the drive-thru And purchased a $5 meal. My usual routine is to get a refill before I leave so I go back in to get a refill and I asked the manager Gabriel if he can give me a refill replied with well, Did you buy it here? I said yes, of course. . Do you need to see a receipt. He then said that it was store policy that they don't do refills unless you dine in. Okay everyone, this is what has happened to our new generation. I truly believe he used his position to tell me that he was store policy that they don't do refills when a person dines in. I hope that the supervisor s that are in charge of these chains of McDonald's or this chain in particular. Will see this review and have a talk with this. Gabriel about how it's customers first.
