So this morning I went through the drive-thru And purchased a $5 meal. My usual routine is to get a refill before I leave so I go back in to get a refill and I asked the manager Gabriel if he can give me a refill replied with well, Did you buy it here? I said yes, of course. . Do you need to see a receipt. He then said that it was store policy that they don't do refills unless you dine in. Okay everyone, this is what has happened to our new generation. I truly believe he used his position to tell me that he was store policy that they don't do refills when a person dines in. I hope that the supervisor s that are in charge of these chains of McDonald's or this chain in particular. Will see this review and have a talk with this. Gabriel about how it's customers first.

The fries are always cold, the ice cream and strawberry smoothie machines never work. The staff asks like it is a hassle to serve your food to you. They never smile, and ignore you if you need something else after they call your number. Why even have table numbers if the make you go to the counter to get it. McDonald's needs to step up there game.

I’ve been on a McFlurry crave for the past days, and the fact I ordered the Shamrock McFlurry. The guy handed it to me, and it was melted like oh my god my day is ruined! Like legit he handed it to me like that I have to put it back in the freezer lmfao

Went through the drive thru last Saturday morning and ordered an egg McMuffin for the road. Once unwrapped, I realized there was nothing but 2 dry pieces of bread. An egg mcNOTHIN!!

I waited in line and by the time I got to order, 3 minutes after 11:30 AM; found out they weren’t serving breakfast anymore.
I then had to wait in a line that did not move at all. I don’t know if this was a random rush, or poor preparation but horrible experience.
