The fries are always cold, the ice cream and strawberry smoothie machines never work. The staff asks like it is a hassle to serve your food to you. They never smile, and ignore you if you need something else after they call your number. Why even have table numbers if the make you go to the counter to get it. McDonald's needs to step up there game.

I come here all the time. Normally it’s okay but this morning, the lady taking the orders at the drive thru messed up my order so many different times. What’s the point of working there if your just going to get it all wrong???

I placed an order on the app so I could pickup quickly through the drive-thru. Instead I waited what seemed to be an eternity in the drive-thru, then waited even more in designated parking space. This was the slowest fast food I've ever had. ?
