A week ago, to be exact, on March 10, I ordered food through the DoorDash application and after calling them 14 times, they answered me and told me that they were closed for remodeling and name changes. I told them that I ordered food through the application and they told me that they would not allow me. I was worried that they were not going to charge me anything. On Monday, March 11, they charged me $36.06. Can you tell me why?

The sopes I ordered had little meat and beans. They were not prepared correctly.

Tacos Mezcal is one of my favorite Mexican places. Their rice is so good, their tortillas are handmade, their salsas are also great! They have a good variety of meats. Asada, pastor, cheek, tongue, tripe, carnitas, etc. The place is well kept. It's not messy or dirty at all. I love their salsa bar. They have EVERYTHING you can think of putting on your tacos and about 6 different salsas! This is definitely my go-to. I highly recommend it.

I was disappointed with the sanitization of the food making. As I was observing the cook making my tempura roll she dried her hands with a paper towel, used the same paper towel to “pat down” my sushi roll. That’s disgusting. If they are so willing to not follow health regulations I can not imagine what else they get away with. After I requested a refund she really tried to lie and didn’t want to hold herself accountable for cross contaminating my order with her hygiene towel. Never again

Disappointed in them representing Guadalajara. The tacos were hooked up but had no flavor especially the alpastor, the meat tasted nasty with an after taste too. The waters were super sweet and mine was the lemon water, tasted like it was the powder bag and super sweet. I got a Tempura Roll and it was literally just cream cheese no flavor.
