Vegan perspective: Such a great place! I always get my vegan nachos from here and their horchata is vegan too!!My partner gets the meat food and he loves them as well, last time he tried the hot Cheetos tacos! Said he really enjoyed it ?

First time visiting this Food Lab and I have to say I made the perfect choice. These tacos were great. Fresh, full of meat, and flavor. If I wasn’t so full I probably would have had more. Plus the service was top notch, super kind and our entire transaction was bilingual the way a Chicano restaurant is meant to be. Props to the staff for a great experience! Will definitely return.Parking: Validation available up to 90 minutes for your parking at the garage there.

Dissatisfied with their rolled chicken Taquitos. They tasted fishy, so I asked them to remake them. Only to be told they use the same oil to fry everything including their fish. I expected more from this Mexican restaurant. Cool name though.

Me and my boyfriend decided to try out this place on the weekend. It wasn’t a long wait at all. Really cute esthetic. Employees were nice too which is always a plus.We shared a milanesa torta which was such a good size and not too expensive and really tasty. Such a good size we were glad we shared. Everyone else’s food looked good too. We sat at the bar. The red and green salsa were both really yummy.Going to try more in the future!

Best tacos!! I had the birria tacos and they were delicious! So much so I had an order in store and took another order back to my hotel. Crispy, crunchy shells and tender juicy beef loaded with pickled onions, lettuce, and tomato.

Food was great. I ordered the trio taco meal with meat choice of Al Pastor and Carne Asade. The Al Pastor was flavorful and the tortillas were soft. The tacos come with chips and you must ask for salsa. For the drink I asked for an agua fresca de jamaica, it was sweet and paired well with the tacos.

Everything is from Mi Vida Gorda... and I love when my food is a lil gordaita! The carne ada burrito is a very girth and hefty size, inside was also amazing. Churros were fresh and crispy, there were different sauces you can choose. The nachos can be done with chips or fries, so of course had to get both. That fried cheese on top was amazingggg . Service was pretty fast too considering it was a Saturday night

Ordered the quesadilla with my friend. We actually did not even eat it until like an hour and a half after we got it and it still tasted amazing. Love the vibe and aesthetic of this place too. Will definitely be back with family!

I ordered the spicy chicken sopes & chicken torta and was very satisfied. The sopes were pretty big, well seasoned, and delicious. The torta came with tortilla chips and was pretty good too. The service was great. Staff were very friendly:) I’d come here again:)

*** This review is just based on a beverage because I didn't order foodI had a michelada... TWO of 'em because it was bomb lol. Best michelada mix & rim dip I've had. They actually sell it! Wish I could've grabbed some, but they sold out... but that's reasonable.
