I went in today and the bathroom was dirty, no seat covers. There was only one girl working while some big caucasian girl with a blue shirt was in the back complaining and gossiping and didnt help at all. I ordered a bean and cheese burrito, and a taco kids meal. It took 20 minutes to get my order. My kids rice was very dry and hard. The ice machine wasnt working. I was very disappointed by the lack of cleanliness and poor dining experience. Theres no customer service anymore.

I don't know what happened but my food was not what it use to be, I had a carne asada burrito and the meat was horrible and my rice was so dry you chocked on it. I hope it is isolated to just this location.

I came in today at 7:05 and the employee informed me that the 7:00 am open time was correct but that they weren't going to be open for another hour.

1 star on service because they keep forgetting to give us the food we pay for at the Drive-thru and we don't notice until we're home.
There's something wrong with your system/process.
I guarantee this is happening to alot of customers not just me.
