The young man working the drive thru on 3/07 at 5:55 pm was so rude and completely messed up our order as he wasn't listening at all. The burritos were literally falling apart in the bag. He gave two hot sauces for our entire meal and was mad when we kindly asked for more. No receipt was offered or given. We had to go back and wait again to get our correct food.

We love Miguel's and we were glad this was next to our house when we moved. We have been here about ten times and EVERY TIME the rice is never cooked. I'm talking crunchy, hard, rice in our burritos. We will be going to another location moving forward. COOK THE RICE!!

I spent 78.00 on food. The customer service is horrible no smile, no greeting. You stand at the register while they work on other orders which is fine but no acknowledgement or say, I'll be right with you. Then when they help you they act like they hate their job. You need better help. I order posole get home No cabbage, lemon nothing overall the order was right but I hate that they are always rude. It's been more than one time. The owner needs to drop by and see how they are doing.

It's sad that we have to consider either driving farther to a different location to get the quality food that we actually are paying for or just accept the disappointment. Between orders being wrong often to them being out of key items, I just don't know how this location has stayed open for this long. The quality of the food is the saddest part, especially the tacos.

The food is good with moderate prices. My biggest issue is with the lettuce. They insist on using the entire head of lettuce. Which means they will toss in the heart and center of the lettuce. This is impossible to clean and is the nastiest part of the lettuce. Nowhere else uses the center or stem of the lettuce.
I had a great experience with Anessa. We drive 2 hours to visit my dad at the cemetery and we wanted to get some food. She was polite, courteous and made me laugh. Thank you Miguel's for having a great person working here. My experience was awesome. Oh she even said bye when her shift ended. She needs a raise!!

Ordered drive through got the completely wrong order Crew was goofing off which I don't care as long as the orders right. Got home had to call took a long time to get through Once we did no apology just we can remake your order. Well apologies are nice at the very least. Drove 40 minutes to get there 20 minutes home now another 40 minute round trip. So decided to have food remade got there the guy at counter had no idea asked a lady in light blue shirt. She just gave him a receipt and said ring it in. Wait I thought my food was already remade? Ok so I wait for food it comes up and as in getting ready to leave they packaged wrong again? Had to fix the taquitos they gave me chicken not beef. Well still not one apology. I guess I will be going to the other Miguel's from now on in Mo valley. Just need to get the systems down usually the orders are correct we get a receipt they repeat the order to you etc.. well not happening this time. Asked who the manager is working they said their was no manager asked for the name which is Ryan Asked when he's in so I can speak to him the lady replied I can't give you that information. With the cost of things these days I hope this is resolved...
