First time coming to this location in cashier was really rude

Every time I order my food online, everything is always right. I usually order extra sauces and sides, and they always have the correct amount sometimes more. Food is always on time, nice and warm.

I just had the most horrible experience. I placed an order, my wife picked it up. She specifically asked if there was hot sauce in the bag and the female Miguel's employee assured her that there was. After getting home, 15-20 minutes later, no hot sauce. I called and the employees are very rude and hung up on me once, I have asked them to replace the order and add hot sauce as the meal is ruined by time. This experience has been miserable. If I order from Miguel's again, I will ALWAYS cut open the bag, verify the order and hot sauce and ask for a new bag. The bag was also tied in such a tight knot, my wife was unable to open it. So if you go to Miguel's, DO NOT TRUST THE EMPLOYEES AND ALWAYS CUT OPEN THE BAG TO VERIFY THE CONTENTS. IF YOU ARE UNABLE TO UNTIE THE TIGHT KNOT, CUT THE BAG OPEN AND VERIFY THE ORDER PERSONALLY and get a new bag from them.

As with anything, prices here keep going up , sure I don't mind.

What I do mind is when you ask for 5 hot socks containers they only give you 3 and make it a hassle to ask for more.

There's a lot of food choices around here, I don't think I will be coming back.

This store doesn't have very good rewards program they need to get a better rewards program for people who eat here

First time I tried this restaurant based on recommendations from friends. I ordered some asada burritos and they gave me something different. The bad thing is that I ordered it to go, and when I wanted to return, they were already closed. I'll try again, but since it's my first time, the irresponsibility of the staff gives a bad impression.

Chili rejlenno burrito was good and best hard shell shredded beef taco. Service was very slow one person and they were busy.took food yo go!!

Rare that I leave a bad review, but COLD burrito is unacceptable. I have served thousands of people in different restaurants and never would I serve cold or old food. I not come back here.

The taquitos were a bit soggy.

No meat in the burrito and gave me chips and no salsa 😂

I love Miguel's so much. I bring it back home to AZ everytime I visit CA. PLEASE COME TO GOODYEAR!!

Pretty good as far as chains go. Price isn't too bad.
