Best chilaquiles in town by far . Hard to find well done authentic chilaquiles here but this place nails it . The other products are great also stuff like pambazo and cafe de olla stuff u just don't get out here often. Ignore the bad reviews those people don't have taste buds

This is a food truck in Riverside by the Tyler Mall. 10/10 they serve some of the best Chilaqilles I have ever had. The green sauce is one of the best. We also ordered the Panbazo, which was really good too.

I consider myself very lucky to find a place that sells Pambazos. It took about 27 years to find a little piece of my beautiful Mexico City. Here, in the gorgeous city of Riverside. The authenticity is right on the money. A Pambazo is similar to a torta, but the flavor in a perfect synchronization is just delicious. Also, try their Asada Green Chilaquiles. They are very, very tasty. Highly recommend Miss Chilaquiles food truck . No regrets just a full stomach with delicious food from Mexico's cultural origins 🙂.

Honestly love chilaquiles but these were not really good. I felt like it was rushed and not the best quality. The sauce felt like it was from a can that you get at the store it tasted very similar to the generic one from the store. It wasn’t busy either for the quality to be like tortilla soup. I’d understand if it was busy but they had no one else for it to be soupy. The carne asada was however good though.

I usually don’t do food trucks, but my friend brought me a pambazo with papas y chorizo and I was so good I drove straight there and ordered 4 more, with different meats in them and they were all delicious. I would add a photo, but there isn’t anything left of them except the tray La they came in. This food truck’s pambazos are serious pressure! I highly recommend you try them out. They need a storefront for sure! I’ll be back tomorrow for lunch!

Great food. Had the red chilaquiles. Double check their location with them because they move a lot.

Best authentic chilaquiles i’ve ever had. Very welcoming environment, the gentleman that took my order made it very easy and quick. But chilaquiles in a burrito? Next Level. Give them a try, I promise you’ll be back again.

If you're a chilaquilles lover you must try the burritos they make of course with a choice of meat only way to go. I'm very critical with the food having flavor and made right and this place has it all for its chilaquilles both red and green are delicious but I recommend get the green chilaquilles better with your red salsa on the side. In the pictures you see all pastor and asada chilaquilles burritos.

I prefer the green sauce, as does my Mexican friend, but the red sauce is also good and slightly spicier. The best carne asada (not pictured) I’ve had in Riverside. The pastor was good but spicier than normal. It went well with the green sauce. The eggs are a good breakfast option.

It’s not the best location on the street, but I climbed over the small wall.

Vegetarian options: I didn’t order them, but the tacos dorados don’t have meat and were recommended.

Parking: Plenty of room to park between target and the street.
