A disaster. We made a reservation in time for dinner at 7 p.m.We arrived at that time and they told us we would have to wait 20 minutes. When the 20 minutes passed, they told us that we had to wait until 8 p.m.That is, waiting one hour from the time we had formally made the reservation.Nobody took chargeNobody gave us an explanationNobody solved the issue for usTerrible attention

I absolutely do not recommend ever eating here. the beautiful picture is not supported by normal food. In the restaurant work people who don’t understand anything about delicious food and coffee. For some reason, the answer to the question of how the food was was completely ignored. then why ask? What kind of game is it ? people only care about the shell and not the content. outdated vulgar standards ?After brunch, I felt like I ate fast food out of a pack and washed it down with coffee from a gas station.

terrible food. We came for brunch and expected at least a normal meal in a place like this. The cappuccino was disgusting like it came from a cheap dinner. The Caesar salad, which consisted of 3 elements, came with limp lettuce leaves, and croutons from packs and covered in mayonnaise. The smashed potato smelled as if it had been boiled in chicken water. the servers ignored the request to bring the dessert menu. in response to the answer that the food was not tasty, they simply changed the topic to the fact that we have a cute dog (even though they didn’t even bring her water)Disgusting food and unqualified staff who are sure that visitors deserve to eat food like from a garbage can

I tried calling the restaurant but no one picked up the phone. Tried reaching out the restaurant manager in person and couldn’t contact the manager either. I’m writing this review for an employee called HECTOR. He is an amazing employee. Two days ago came to the restaurant to have brunch and forgot my teeth retainer. Hector went above and beyond and found them for me on the trash. I could never be thankful enough for what he did. God bless him. Hopefully his supervisor can get to see this review.

Architectural delight Server was attentive and burger delicious !!weather was perfect! Umbrellas ☂️ cover each table! The outdoor courtyard was filled flowers and fountain which add even more beauty to the ambiance while you dine!

Fine dining gone completely wrong! The location and ambiance are on point. The service lacks significantly. Our server never looked back after our food came except when our plates had been cleared. We even had to find another staff to request steak knives for 3 steaks served! I could go on and on about the poor service. The food is good but nothing worth the cost of the dinner. I won't return.

The experience was amazing, Just the price for brunch threw me off cause I wasn't expecting to pay $95 for brunch ? But over all I would do it again cause the food was really good the drinks were even better I felt like I was in Rome ?

We were in Riverside visiting our son. I was told about the Mission Hotel and knew that was the place we would eat when we first arrived. It was a beautiful evening and we enjoyed sitting outside under heat lamps. The drinks, food, atmosphere, and service were wonderful and we enjoyed the experience very much!

Loved the cheese and artichoke dip, although more toast would be appropriate for a table of four. We all enjoyed our meals with a couple of notes: 1. My sweet potato fries were cold and soggy. 2. The sausage pasta needed more sausage. Once our food was served, we had to hunt down our waiter to refresh our drinks. A bit disappointing for our guests who were first time visitors to the Mission Inn.

Our waiter was Arturo and he was great. It's been 6 years since I've been back. We used live in Riverside and would go often. Sad to see they're not enforcing dress code. It's a magical place and make ppl treat it as such. Loved the brunch, will be back!

Booked a reservation on Open Table and brought my mom here for her birthday on Saturday 3/2 and the entire experience was terrible except for the server Veronica. Food was not great. The appetizer calamari came out and it appeared that they put the scraps on the plate so we sent it back. Ordered the spicy sausage pasta and it came out non spicy and without sausage in it. At that point we informed our waitress that we would like to leave. Manager came over and she wasn't too pleasant or much help. The food was comped but they charged for the one drink we had. Manager did give a birthday dessert to my mom. Damage was already done and we drove 15 minutes to another restaurant. Thanks for a non pleasant birthday experience.

Service was great. Bar service was not. We sent back 5 bottles of wine before wine cellar sent up correct order. Most of wha we ordered from wine list was no longer available. Also, all fries on our multiple orders were cold. Server brought out fresh fries to make up for problems. It wasn't busy so don't know why kitchen so difficult. Nonetheless we had a wonderful celebration.

We had a beautiful table right next to the windows looking into the courtyard and the environment was beautiful. Food was delicious, plated in an appealing way, and fresh. Our waitress was exceptionally helpful, friendly, and knowledgeable. The only change I would make, is to make the breakfast menu available later than 11 on weekends. We missed it by 15 min, and would really have liked to have a couple of items from the breakfast menu.

Yes for atmosphere and beauty of the building, not so great for the food. Go anyway for lunch so you can walk around and see the building.
