Customer service was great and made me feel very welcomed and the flavors are crazy good and tasty and nothing like any other normal ice cream shop.

Tried this spot after our show at the fox theater - interesting flavors but the texture of the ice cream is so weird !! It’s gummy and stretches … was not able to finish it :(

I went to Mixies with my Autistic Daughter and the rude worker refused to serve us. I stood at the counter with no acknowledgment for over 20 minutes and when I asked if she was going to serve me she said no I am not going to serve and that when the confrontation occurred with my Autistic daughter present. I do not believe this person working should be in customer service.. I will not go to this establishment again. This happened on 6/14/24 around 12pm

The workers dont even know how to attend people ice cream is expensive especially if you get the small and at most it’s alright ice cream honestly just go somewhere

Ice Cream=5, Cookie=5, Presentation=3The Cookie sandwich was delicious but the handed it to me in an already melted state. I had to toss half of it because about half way through it was liquid not ice-cream any longer. Hey, Mixies just lower the temp on your icecream!

After a long day I came to mixies with my fiancé and that really sealed the deal. Truly some of the best frozen treats I have ever indulged in and Ive been around the world trying some pretty darn good ice cream.

Not only did they gave me free ice cream, but the ice cream was amazing. Great customer service as well. Definitely recommend and for sure coming back to this location.

They are the top rated ice cream shop for a reason. Omg their ice cream is sooo good, i got the cookie crumble and it was delicious. 1000 percent would come again.

Well I have no idea what their food tastes like as when we went there for my daughter birthday they were out of cookies. We stood there for 7 minutes trying to decide what we wanted, and when we started to order, he told us that they were out of cookies. So all they have is ice cream, and they only have a few flavors. Thursday evening around 6pm. They have only half of what they advertise and not even that as they were out of some of the ice cream flavors. When we go to leave, we ask about validation for parking, and the employee says, "I don't know how to I am new. They showed me but I can't remember. " The employee was by himself. Really people!!!! Terrible service. I can't even blame the employee. He was left on his own.
