Great little ice cream/milkshake shop in a mini-mall that is an awesome collab of eateries with a bar inside. Everything is decently priced, and milkshakes are everything a kid could ask for! Employees appear to be college-age, and from what I understand, the idea for the collaboration came from a college class. What an incredible place! Well worth the visit!

MY RECOMMENDATION ORDER is ... two scoops, one of which is Cookie Monster and the other Coffee & Cookies! I had this combo and I LOVED it. Coffee & Cookies edges out Cookie Monster as it had an authentic coffee flavor that never left an aftertaste. Cookie Monster (blue ice cream) didn't leave an aftertaste either, it's just that I'm biased to the other flavor.

Mixies Ice Cream & Cookies is located off Market Street inside the Riverside Food Lab and serves up both ice cream and cookies. A single scoop will run you about $7, but the serving size was big enough to feed three of us. We agreed on the Salty Cracked Caramel and it was so rich and creamy! I appreciated their menu of creative and artisanal flavors. Bonus that the young woman who served us was cute and friendly. If I ever visit this food hall again, I'll def stop by...
