I had a very disappointing visit today at MOD Pizza. We waited for about 10 minutes before our order was taken because the worker was busy with an online order.Despite making eye contact with us multiple times, she didn't acknowledge us and kept looking at us in an odd way. When she finally took our order, she seemed bothered and unfriendly. Later, I went to the counter to ask for a water cup. Instead of helping, the three employees continued their conversation and ignored me. One of them even looked me directly in the eyes, took off her gloves, and walked to the back without a word. The lack of professionalism and customer service was shocking and made us feel completely unwelcome.

The place is a hidden gem just off Riverside plaza. If you’re craving pizza with customizations, go here. They also have pre-made toppings on the menu just in case you can’t decide. The staff are friendly and engaging. Free refills if you get a fountain drink. Once you finish ordering, they place it in a brick oven. Your order won’t take long to cook. Dining in is pretty chill and quiet in a good way. I Recommend this place for your pizza cravings.
Parking: Parking lot is a bit small since there are two other places that share parking. But I don’t think it’ll be too much of a hassle since not many go out to eat pizza for dine-in.

I have enjoyed Mod since it’s opening, but it seems like there’s a contest to get front workers who absolutely hate the job. Tonight was the worst, with the person taking orders and putting on toppings sighing, flapping arms around, rolling eyes and being incredibly hostile and rude. Each person who entered prompted another surge of anger - maybe it wasn’t understood at hiring that customers are part of the deal? The end result wasn’t the product we’d normally get and we will never go to this location again.
Dietary restrictions: Worker was angry when asked to change gloves before preparing a pizza for a child with allergies.
