Management pressures their employees to solicit 5-star reviews that specify the employee's name from their customers during their shift, enforcing a quota system that skews the reliability of their ratings. Untrustworthy albeit strange business practice considering Nekter generally provides good products and therefore shouldn't have to pressure employees to ask customers to leave 5-star reviews. On Yelp, this is explicitly frowned upon.

My order was ready at the time I was told. Employee was very pleasant and attentive from the time I walked in to pick up. I want to say that it was in the last hour of being open, and that is often the toughest hour of a shift, so I was grateful for the positive vibes. I’m sure I will be back!

This is a great healthy smoothie bar option in the community. The service is always quick and the shop is always clean. My smoothies always turn out the best from this location in particular! I recommend giving them a try especially a protein smoothie after a good workout.

Please stay away from this location and the Nekter brand. I was double charged for my order on 4/16 and still have not received my refund. The employees at this location have no customer service training, they were all really rude. This location double charged for an order and they are treating me as if I made a mistake. I was told to contact the Corporate office for my refund, which I did. I have been emailing back and forth with Ryan Davis and then he just stopped replying to my emails. I used to go to this location often as it is next to my gym; needless to say I will not be coming back. This customer service provided by the franchise and brand is just unacceptable.
