My order was ready at the time I was told. Employee was very pleasant and attentive from the time I walked in to pick up. I want to say that it was in the last hour of being open, and that is often the toughest hour of a shift, so I was grateful for the positive vibes. I’m sure I will be back!

This is a great healthy smoothie bar option in the community. The service is always quick and the shop is always clean. My smoothies always turn out the best from this location in particular! I recommend giving them a try especially a protein smoothie after a good workout.

Please stay away from this location and the Nekter brand. I was double charged for my order on 4/16 and still have not received my refund. The employees at this location have no customer service training, they were all really rude. This location double charged for an order and they are treating me as if I made a mistake. I was told to contact the Corporate office for my refund, which I did. I have been emailing back and forth with Ryan Davis and then he just stopped replying to my emails. I used to go to this location often as it is next to my gym; needless to say I will not be coming back. This customer service provided by the franchise and brand is just unacceptable.

I live like 3 minutes away from this nekter at cayon crest, and I always buy large pop acai drink or health nut drink large size at least 5 times a week on my way home from work.
There's this amazing staff there , she is always very helpful and patient , extremely professional. Initially I was having a hard time getting my drink made right the way I want it to taste and also the right texture at every nekter place i have been to. But this lady was able to get right right away and she's the main reason why me and some of my colleagues still go there to get a drink.
So today I came there to buy my drink and I have to ask her name.she said her name is Viviana , she really gat some good customer service approach

I love this place! Never had any issues other than heading over at 7am Friday and seeing they are not open. I waited until 7:15am and still not open. This happens every Friday that I've tried to purchase a drink.
