This store has horrible service and wait times. They have one employee and the wait time are not worth it. The store is messy and gross. It’s been like this since they opened and They’ve been open too long for them not to have corrected this. It comes off to me as the owner being stingy and wanting to make max profit at the lowest cost for good service

This place has been such an inconvenience many times. If it's not that they don't have the ingredients to make something it's they only take cash no debit and it happens periodically throughout the year. To try to avoid this, I tried calling before going to the location and no one ever answers the phone. This place completely sucks. I will never come here again.!

What I ordered looks nothing like what I got. First they didn’t even give me any jam on the JAM SLAM . Then when I asked them they said “oh that’s what I forgot” and then they gave me this. How do you even forget jam on a jam slam and how is this what you give to fix it.

Must be the old guy in me that made me leave this review. But the girl who was working by herself on 1/16/26 around 10:30am. Next time you take a customer’s order, don’t do it with your personal phone on your hand, it’s rude. Also, whoever runs this store, I would recommend having staff greet the customers walking in and telling them “I’ll be right with you”. Instead of just having them wait a good 5 mins until you’re done completing whatever online order you might be doing. Drink was good tho.
