This place has been open for four months, and with the number of negative reviews, you’d think improvements would’ve been made. Unfortunately, they haven’t.
This was our second visit, and both experiences were disappointing. The staff is friendly, but that’s not enough to run a successful restaurant. The first time, the place was noticeably dirty, but I gave it the benefit of the doubt. After today, I can’t anymore.
As a mom, safety is my top priority. Both visits, greasy kitchen mats were left in the hallway leading to the bathrooms while staff cleaned — creating a serious slipping hazard. I almost fell with my 4-year-old, and today my husband experienced the same issue. The floors in general are a slipping hazard, and it honestly feels like safety is not being prioritized and that they simply don’t care. I’ve added photos on Yelp for context.
Everything in there feels greasy — from the floors to the counters. The ketchup bottles are dirty and covered in grease, and staff walk around with greasy gloves, touching everything, including the drinks they hand to customers. It feels unsanitary and careless.
The restaurant is overpriced for the condition it’s in — we’ve spent over $60 each visit and left disappointed. We really wanted to support this place since we live across the street, but after two upsetting visits, we won’t be returning. Hygiene and safety should always come first.

We have ordered burgers from here 3 times now. This is definitely our go to burger place from now on. It’s super easy to order in person with their kiosk. Definitely worth a try if you haven’t already.

The food was nasty.The fries look like the oil was dirty. And. The hamburger looked like the grill was dirty. I took two bites of the burger and threw it away. And the fries had black stuff all over them. I will never eat there again

Ordered off of grub hub and food came warm. Fries were good and I usually don't like fries. I ordered the Michelin burger will grilled onions. Looks nothing like their pictures. First and last time for everything.

Can a burger be too greasy? Can it have too much mayo? Can the bread be too soft? I couldn't finish it but would highly recommend!
Omg the things people complain about it’s ridiculous. The burger is is smashed burger. You want to taste more meat order a double burger. You want more lettuce/ tomato etc ask for extras! The place was clean, the burger was delicious, I will def be back.

The burger was great. Fries were delicious, not in n out good, but with a light crisp and perfectly salted. Drinks are 12oz cans. I paid 14 for the combo. All in all it was good, would come back again.

I'll just rate the food. It was delicious. Menu only had hamburger, chicken sandwich or hotdog. You order from a machine in the front. No cash. Drinks are cans. After you order you sit down and someone drops off the food to your table. No real interaction. The dining area looks worn down and depressing. But the food is delicious. It's a place you just go to stuff your face with delicious food and leave. Simple.The fries are the best

this restaurant looks unfinished. It feels like you shouldn’t even be there. There is no front of house staff. You order on a kiosk. When staff comes out to deliver your food they have no idea who ordered what. I received my burger and a few minutes later a different back of house staff member comes out and puts a burger in my face. I told him the burger wasn’t mine because I already had my food. This person proceeded to open the burger on my plate to show me it was the wrong burger and replaced it with the new burger he brought out. I’ve never had anyone manhandle my food before so that was a fun new thing. The fries taste like they were cooked too low and absorbed too much oil and the burger was greasy. It had lettuce and tomato but it was so soggy with grease that you don’t notice the lettuce and tomato. I So badly wanted this to be good but it just isn’t. It’s $29 to feed my family if 4 at in-n-out and it was $29 to feed 2 people here and the food at in-out is just way better. This isn’t faster , better, or cheaper than in-n-out so just go to in-n-out and let this restaurant die like every other restaurant in riverside.
