Did an online pickup and was in and out so quick! Love the different seasonal options! Can't wait to try what they come out with next!

Nothing Bundt Cakes never disappoints! I absolutely love the red velvet flavor. My sister and I stopped by and were lucky to find they still had some mini Bundt cakes available.
There was a long line, so I was a little nervous since we needed a last minute cake, but thankfully, they had exactly what we needed on display. The cashier was friendly, and the store was clean and well organized.
Overall, it was a great experience, and I’m so glad we stopped in!

I don't get why this place is so popular?! The cakes are just ok . And kind of pricey.

I will never order another cake here the customer service is horrible the manager have no skills on customer satisfaction period and Devin at the cashier just rude it's so sad how companies don't care about the brand the quality of the cakes they just hire anybody my cakes were under cooked which can get people very sick I just had a awful experience at this location and I will never return i spend alot money for birthdays, holidays,my job etc what i experience today is that this company don't care the employees really don't care which is sad PLEASE BEWARE... the cakes are under cooked the owner of this location please check on the baker before they make someone sick with these under cooked cakes

Terrible service they would not even let us buy toppers for a bundlet I said that does not make sense I'm sure it all cost the same does it really matter what size cupcake I am putting it on the lady was really rude about it

...Follow up they said to contact them I did no response...

I ordered a cake for my birthday on September 7, 2024 and I was very disappointed. The cake was beautiful but it did not have enough icing and the cake was a bit heavy, tough, and not as moist as usual. I think the cake was over mixed. I noticed the last few times getting the bundtlets that they have not been as good either!! I don't know what is going on with this place but it's not as good anymore.

This will be my first time at this place I’m going to say the reason why it has two stars is not because of the cake that I bought. It was excellent. It was the lemon Bundt cake. It was very soft and moist , but like everyone says in the reviews, the girls they have no training and Customer Service is my first time there I didn’t know what to get or anything, there was no help she definitely wasn’t there to help you choose from anything at all. There’s no forks that was very surprising to me and it was just a weird experience usually when you come to an establishment and you’ve never been there. You would expect someone might be like oh well, let me tell you about the business. This is this kind of cake. This flavor is one of our best flavors, etc. etc. no, it was a white girl pretty thick with a bun. Maybe they should try hiring people who are more knowledgeable about what they’re selling because I would’ve left out there spending $100 if them cakes taste like that lemon but oh well … DO BETTER

So I order a cake on June 14 for Father’s Day pick up at 2:30 pm jun16
I arrive late it was closed early for Father’s Day pick up Monday morning they don’t have my order couldn’t find it after asking for name then number
And asked to view email “proof” of my purchase i mentioned you don’t have my order? instead of apologizing on behalf of the business simple as that i asked for a refund they can’t I told her but you guys didn’t have my order even if i did came yesterday i arrived 2 hrs after they open horrible service thick blonde girl with blue eyes and Asian girl
Accepting mistakes on behalf of the business and accommodation is not that hard
Instead denying the mistake and be defensive for a business over the customer the is correct hmm REALLY??

Cute store and a wonderful location to get bundt cakes. The staff are friendly and helpful and the store the decorated nicely. They offer some gift-related items as well in case you need to do some last minute shopping.
