However, despite my efforts, they refused to reimburse me for the product. It's frustrating. I paid for something I didn't receive because of their early closure. While I get their policy, it's disappointing not to get my money back. I urge Nothing Bundt Cakes to reconsider their refund policy in cases like mine. Customers deserve fair treatment, especially when circumstances are beyond their control. Clear communication and flexibility could have made all the difference here."

Cute store and a wonderful location to get bundt cakes. The staff are friendly and helpful and the store the decorated nicely. They offer some gift-related items as well in case you need to do some last minute shopping.

This location ALWAYS gives amazing customer service. Today was no exception. Dinner ran late which cost us to run late to pick up my wife’s birthday cake. Arrived after closing and the workers were still willing to help us and we were able to go home with our cake to celebrate.Awesome customer service!!!

This place has delicious Bundt cakes BUT their hours are ridiculous! They open late and close early. With their hours it makes it hard for me to get things during the week because they open while I'm already at work and close at six which is not enough time for me to after work. Now I am here on a Sunday at 10 AM and see that they don't open until 11 AM so again I am unable to get anythingI feel like their hours or not convenient.

Who doesn't like a good cake once in a while? It's usually a long duration for me (sshh I usually like going to Porto's), but this is pretty close to home, and the two times or so, I've been here, it's always been in and out fast. I really liked their white chocolate and raspberry cake, we got one for my youngest sister's birthday years ago. It went perfect with a French champagne.Another birthday, my gf's, brought us back for the freebie (she was craving Red Velvet), and a couple more to try. There was a current promotion for raspberry-lemon, and we also got the strawberry and cream. Just the $6 minis mind you. Anyhow, I enjoyed the ones with little to no sourcream icing, and she liked all three. I think I'll exploit my freebie in a couple months....

This was my first time at this location. I ordered online and set a pickup time for 5:30pm so I could quickly pick up my husband's bday cupcakes after work. When I walked into the shop, there was a HUGE line of maybe 20+ people. The shop is super small so the line wS taking up the whole space. I wasn't sure if I needed to wait in line as this was my first time ordering ahead. I tried to squeeze through to ask one of the workers if I needed to wait in line to pick up an order. She said yes and looked away. I seriously even considered leaving the order at this point. Luckily, I proceeded to ask "even if I set a pick up time for 5:30pm?" She then looked up at me and loudly asked if anyone else was picking up. When nobody came forward, she then proceeded to help me.I don't know what the rules are or how pick ups for online ordering works, but in the end it worked out.It wasn't the best experience, but also not the worst. As most of you know, their desserts are delicious so I was glad my husband got to have them on his special day.

Came here last week. to pick up some bundtlets. I had 2 of the lemon raspberry (monthly flavor) to try something different. I used a BOGO coupon. The lemon raspberry didn't have many raspberries much like the white chocolate raspberry. You need to add your own raspberries if you want more. It's still a bit inconsistent since some stores charge $6 for bundtlets like this location and others charge $5.
I always do order pick up which is very convenient. The customer service is always great and the cakes are sooo delicious.

expensive... yet amazing. minis go for 12 for $28 or you can get the smalls for $6 each. FAVORITE FLAVOR: LEMON!!!! OMG so amazing!!! Lemon, Strawberries & Cream & Confetti Lemon is hands down the best though.
