First glance at the menu and you think they have a lot to choose from, but look closer and almost everything is identical with a different sauce on top. Main complaint though the rice sucks.

I’m not sure what the chef was thinking—this is way overcooked and completely burnt. And yet, they still decided to pack it and send it to a customer. This is honestly the worst teriyaki chicken I’ve ever had. Who would eat something this burnt? Just terrible!

Rolls are flavorful, I get the golden spicy tuna roll pretty much every time now.

Did the AYCE for 2. 1st round ordered a few rolls and appetizer. The place was semi busy though took quite awhile to get any food. Once we received any food, we realized we were missing 2 rolls. We wanted a bit when 1 roll appeared. We waited and then asked the wait staff where our last roll was and was told we already received it. We told them we did not so they asked a chef to make it while we ordered 1 other final roll. The missing roll arrived but never the last one. We waited... we just asked for the bill and left. Don't know if that final roll ever came.

Sushi was good, everything tasted fresh. We signed in around 350 and seated 10 min later on a Sunday. They add 15% gratuity automatically to each check. This is a normal standard for us, we add 15% tip when we dine out. It appears as tho the automatic gratuity has disincentivized the servers from good customer service. They don’t come to check up on you, they don’t bring you items you request, and food takes longer to leave the kitchen.

Automatic 15% Gratuity, hidden so people don’t notice, a bill that isn’t itemized so you don’t notice it, best of all they still ask you to tip at the end. Scammers. I hope it at least goes to the workers but chances are it doesn’t.

I had an incredibly disappointing experience at sushi okoku. I went in excited for their "all-you-can-eat" sushi, but it turned out to be a complete scam. They brought out just a few pieces at first, and when I asked about getting more, they dodged the question and claimed they were working on it. After waiting and waiting, nothing else came.

I left feeling embarrassed, frustrated, and still hungry. This place falsely advertises their menu, and it honestly felt like they were trying to take advantage of customers.

I wouldn't recommend this restaurant to anyone if you're looking for real all-you-can-eat sushi, go somewhere that actually delivers on their promises!

The entire restaurant was filled with thick visible smoke for the duration of the visit - ventilation is far from sufficient.

The restaurant charges automatic gratuity even for a party of 1-2.

Food is decent, staff are great.

15% Gratuity in parties 1-4. In this economy? Good and service was good. Was not a fan of the mandatory gratuity.
