Very disappointed with their service as we use to come frequently. 3 employees didn't acknowledge my presence just to pick up mobile order. Young, rude, uncaring, and nonchalant employees & Supervisor/Manager, but make a smart remark as I walk out! Customer service is lacking and they don't know how important it is and the difference it makes! They are too many dining options for our Friday!

I bought food at this location 3531 Madison st riverside ca 92504 on 12/14/25. I Order a Hawaiian BBQ mix and teriyaki chicken plate and aside veggies. the cabbage had mold spots on both orders. And crispy shrimp tested like they use the same oil from previous day.. worse 60 dollars I spend here..

Food was horrible. Chicken was full of nerves. Shrimp was over fried. Macaroni was just a bunch of mayo. Immediately felt sick.
