Got here before the lunch rush but still have to wait 30 min get two combos and a kids meal. There were plenty of employees but the service was beyond slow and again before any lunch rush. Been to this location many times and from I seen this location’s service is really slow at all times.

They messed up my order when I specifically ordered and she even repeated the order still failing to get it right. They were distracted that they didn’t place it correctly. Please make sure you open your plate before you walk out. It’s unfortunate to have to eat what you didn’t order otherwise the food is delicious.

Love the food, drove from Kansas to enjoy the Mac. As always though for the last several years I've always noticed the same problems with cleaning. Trash is hardly taken out, cause is usually empty and for this location it's always packed. I work recommend hiring maybe 2 or 3 swing shift positions to help with peak hours and assist in the overflow of trash to ensure a clean area for guests but also maintain a professional appearance to entice future patronage

Katsu chicken is always good. Tried the BBQ ribs. They were a bit charred and chewy. Not impressed. AND THEY INCLUDED NO SAUCES! They were not on the menu to order separately. 😕

i ordered takeout from here and the servings were very large! i got a mini meal because i knew i wouldn’t be able to finish the regular-sized plate and it was still more than enough. i ordered the bbq chicken and the chicken was so soft and tender and had the perfect amount of fat to it. i also ordered the katsu and they gave us two servings of their two sauces. the sauces are okay , in my opinion a little too sweet , but that is just a personal thing. katsu was crispy and i enjoyed the macaroni salad! the broccoli did taste a little funny though so i think i’ll stick with the cabbage if i choose to order from here again. however i am unsure if i will because i did feel nauseous and had really bad stomach aches afterwards.

The only times we have a bad time is when they don't give us enough protein. It's always more cabbage, barely any protein, every time. Not any other Onos do that but this one. They need to do better.

Every single time we come here, it’s filthy dirty. Food and trash on the floor. Tables need to be wiped down and so t get me started on the floor. I’ll never come back to this store again.
