The restaurant is too bright. It's hard to sit anywhere the light is the same. It's hard to enjoy drinks and have a relaxing conversation, it's hurry up and eat and go .
Our family had an absolutely wonderful evening at P.F. Chang's! From the moment we walked in, we were greeted with warm smiles and seated quickly in a comfortable, welcoming atmosphere. The ambiance was perfect — elegant yet relaxed — making it a great spot for both adults and kids to enjoy. The service was exceptional. Our server was attentive without being intrusive, made great menu recommendations, and ensured that everything arrived fresh and hot. The food was outstanding — every dish was full of flavor and beautifully presented. We especially loved the Dumplings and Kung Pao Shrimp dishes, which were both perfectly cooked. The Dirty Gin Martini from the bar was perfectly done! What really stood out was the balance between high-quality cuisine and a family-friendly experience. It's rare to find a place that feels both upscale and comfortable for everyone. Overall, P.F. Chang's delivered a truly memorable dining experience — delicious food, top-notch service, and a lovely atmosphere. We'll definitely be coming back soon!
I haven't eaten here on a long time and the food, service, and atmosphere was excellent.

I did a lunchtime pick up order.
I ordered the Mongolian beef with onions and 2 spring rolls.
The spring rolls were mushy and tasted horrible. The sweet and sour was ginger. That’s it. Very watery and just yucky.
The beef itself wasn’t bad but lacked sauce. It was a small portion with very little sauce, making it dry.
The LARGE amount of green onions that took up the entirety of my meal, were undercooked.
I will never eat here again.

Like many things today, prices have gone up, quality and service down. P.F. Chang's was a place where you could enjoy good Chinese food with a twist! Now, the quality has gone down a couple of notches. I ordered their fire chicken and Mongolian beef. The beef was a lower grade than they used to serve, a bit tough, and of course, more green onions than beef. The chicken was good, still, it tasted as if it was from a box already ready to heat and serve.

Really bad experience. We were 7 adult 3 kids,10 in total. A soon as we get there they told us they will be charge 20% extra for party's 8 or more. We ask for 2 separate checks. They charged 20% each ticket no for party's. In Total we paid 40% extra, so $50 dlls for tips together with both checks. One ticket was only 2 adults and 3 kids drinks.
Last year, also they burned 🔥 my daughter's hair with the bday candle, was so scary, we still afraid of candles in restaurants after that. Really, really bad experience.
Never ever again.

We had a great experience this weekend. The food was great, plenty of flavor. Our server, Stephanie, was extremely nice and helpful. She really went above and beyond. The dessert was tasty. The drinks were perfect. Perfect poor and the taste very unique. I highly recommended the spicy mango margarita. It's tangy, smokey, and spicey. Never had anything quite like it.

Always drive past and my boyfriend always wants to stop to try so we did and I regret it! Got the lunch special. Best thing was the pork egg roll. Noodles bland, Mr. Yours or Pandas is better. Got the KFC wasn’t a fan. Also my boyfriend got the Mongolian beef. He said it was alright but he was served like scraps. Overall, over priced Chinese food. I’d drive out to LA next time I’m craving.

Nice lunch for just the 2 of us. The decor is great. Food looks amazing and was very good. Server was friendly but had friends at the next table over so we had to catch her a few times for needed items. She was super sweet and friendly. Overall, a great experience.
