Tiffany our server was absolutely outstanding. 5 of us had lunch and she couldn't have be more attractive and responsive to whatever we needed.

Good family place food good if not a bit pricy but everything's pricey these days. We love it there.

Our party of 6 was sat before a party of similar size. Second party was greeted AND had drinks in hand before we were even greeted. I had to go to the check in desk to be sure we weren't forgotten. This night the service was just off. One of our entrees was Mongolian Beef and the quantity was only approx a cup. Def not enough to share fit out party & def not worth the hefty price tag for that dish. Felt ripped off.

Food was good, but the wait time was longer than expected. Service could've been more attentive, though the staff was polite. Has potential, just needs better pacing.

Food took 45 min. No waiter service to refill drinks. No reason given to us for delay but table of 8 sat down way after us but received their food in 15 min. Our appetizer was serviced along with dinner and it was served without peanut sause! I was ready to walk out!! Will not be back!

We love coming to PF Chang's. The food is always flavorful and they always have plenty of brew selections to choose from. The servers are always very friendly and have great recommendations. They are very helpful with accommodation any food allergy issues as well. The dining area is clean and relaxing and we always enjoy ourselves there. We are a bit sad though to see the prices continue to increase and the portions continue to go down. Also we miss the table side sauce mixing for the lettuce wraps. Also the lettuce is much smaller now and you get alot less. Overall though we will still come here but fewer times per year and we will just forgo the appetizers in the future.

Went here for my daughters bday, 1st time here, food was ok, had to pay 20% gratuity waitress didn't earn it , she didn't ask us if we needed anything else after we got our food no refills or napkins etc.

I have never had a bad experience at P.F. Chang's. We used to come here just for happy hour. Then after a wonderful experience provided by the Tyler location team for a belated birthday for my then 2 year old during COVID they have endeared themselves to me. Today was no exception. They treated me to a delicious 3 course lunch and served my son and with great attention and dignity. Some places offer a Veteran's Day meal or special as a gimmick then look at you like a panhandler. Not Chang's. Not ever. I love this place.

I’ve been a loyal customer of this place for over 15 years, but after tonight, I’ll never be coming back!

I went with my family for dinner, and the hostess (Ana) didn’t even look at us when we arrived. The first thing she said without a greeting was “For how many? Event fast-food places don't that!! I literally had to say “Hello first.” Then she told us we’d have to wait 5 minutes for a table, even though the restaurant was almost empty.

At that point, I decided to walk out because it was clear she wasn’t doing her job right. I called to speak with the manager, Houston, to address this and he told me this was the first time he’s ever heard a complaint about Ana. When I said I was telling the truth, he replied, “I’m not lying either.”

If that’s how the manager responds, no wonder the staff behaves the same way.

To the management out there: Don’t let some employee ruin the good name you’ve built over the years. There are plenty of great restaurants out there that still know how to treat their customers with basic respect.

Very good food; personable, professional service, beautifully designed, clean restaurant. The hostess was especially impressive, setting up tables and sweeping the floor when things slowed down. Will definitely return.
