It was great.. hardly any patrons..but our soup was kinda "lukewarm"
And our food may have sat at window too long..when it got to table ..no longer "HOT!"
4*..
AS WHY OUR FOOD DIDN'T COME OUT STEAMING HOT...🤷
( WAIT STAFF took hitforsoup.
However food needs to be hotter..not lukewarm.. disappointed in that area. It was 3pm..so No huge. Crowd.

DONE WITH P. F. CHANGS
The Ma Po Tofu has changed so much it’s not worth it any more. Small pieces of Tofu with almost un-cooked extra-large pieces of Broccoli.
The Orange Chicken was tasty at first with a good orange citrus flavor but quickly faded because the batter was excessive with small pieces of chicken and it overpowered the dish. The Fried Rice was pedestrian at best.
The service was mediocre.
My take: P. F. Changs, is cutting corners on portion sizes to increase corporate profits.

Ohh man. I was so excited to come eat tonight, been Christmas Eve night. What a disappointment! The service was slow, the food portions were smaller than usual, and the flavor of the food was just simply gross. I think Panda Express tastes better than this. The prices are high, therefore, I expect the food to be delicious.. very, very disappointed..
I ordered for appetizers:
Chicken lettuce wrap
Pork Dumplings
** These appetizers were good.
The main dish:
Mongolian beef
Orange chicken
Changs chicken
All the main dishes were dry and tasted so much like ginger, but that's about it. They didn't have much flavor than that. The chicken was dry and nasty.. the beef, dry and chewy :(
This will be my last time coming .. $150 bill + $30 tip. NOT WORTH IT !

onion and garlic in everything. have reaction to those. only item in entire menu without and it took 20 minutes for staff to figure that out.

The food was great, the place was beautiful but the service was really bad. Maybe they didn't like that we had kids but other servers would walk by and try to avoid eye contact, and our waiter came to the table like once after taking our order. Probably won't be back, but I see why you guys need to advertise so much. Service is bad.

Ordered our entrees steamed instead of fried for a healthier option, and I was delicious! Our waiter Dustin N. was great too!

I'm NCGS so I eat gluten free, and I've never had a reaction from eating at this location. I wish they wouldn't continually get rid of my family's menu favorites through the years, but overall, the food is good, the service is efficient, and it's usually clean and well stocked. They have gluten free food items and dessert as well!

I recently dined at PF Chang’s, and I have to say, the service was outstanding. Our server, Dustin N, really made the experience memorable. Right from the start, he took the time to ask about our preferences and made some solid recommendations that hit the mark. His attention to detail and timing was spot on, making sure we had everything we needed without ever feeling rushed. The food was delicious, but it was Dustin’s excellent service that took it to the next level. Highly recommend requesting him if you’re looking for a great dining experience!
