Panda Express in Riverside

“This review goes to employee Vincent working at the Tyler mall Panda Express. Came in today to pick up 3 plates since the dodgers won last night ! Going forward Vincent was handling the order taking and serving and taking orders which is hard working of him and through this time I observed he was patient and treated every customer in a fair timely manner. but in reality panda needs to better their service by prioritizing mobile orders first! Also putting 1 cashier and 1-2 servers and have more cook staff to provide better service so food won’t be cold when served or get the food out quicker ! Todays ranking 8/10 shout out again to Vincent thank you for serving us today !“

“they always give so much here which is great !! service is quick and friendly. i just wish my stomach didn't hurt every time i got food here , which has only happened at this panda location specifically. regardless , i am still going to keep eating here. you can use your rewards here which is great!“

“Great value. The promos on the app are nice perks. The food is always tasty and they refill with fresh batches often. Courteous and pleasant staff. I’m not too keen on the donation request each time I check out- but this is at every Panda Express. I enjoy this location and will be back.

Parking: There are two EV chargers near the Albertson’s but they are often taken and difficult to find one freeing up during the visit.“

“My whole family loves Panda Express. The service was excellent, I was trying to sign up for rewards but the QR code didn't work and the pera9n arty the window was very patient and kind, walking me through it quickly (there were no customers behind me) and I got 20%, nearly $10. Great experience overall, and the food is always packaged so perfectly.“

“Food and service were acceptable. We were the only ones waiting to order, but we had to wait because there was only one server, and she was busy filling online orders. She did apologize for the wait. I think there was another server on break. The food was fresh and tasty. Only one problem was the mixed greens, which were undercooked almost raw. The servings were generous.“

“This is my hydration spot while I am on my way home from riverside Braille club. This restaurant is located at a bus terminal where a few Riverside Transit Agency lines pass really close by the restaurant: the 1, and the 12. So, Everytime I take the 12 i get off at magnolia and Harrison, and I get off and i get a Diet Coke. The girl Megan was really nice to me today. I was not sure if I was at cold stone creamery. As there is one at that address. So I asked Megan if this is Panda Express, and Megan said yes. I ordered a large soda, and Megan showed me where to tap my card. Megan also escorted me out. I do have a question. This does not matter to me, because I am blind but ambulatory. Is there a wheelchair ramp down to magnolia avenue? I always take the steps. Overall, I would really highly recommend this Panda Express, because the people are really friendly to me. Megan is an extremely nice person, and she deserves a raise. With more and more fast-food joints fading out people with disabilities. (McDonald’s, and habbit burgers,) at the Tyler galleria mall all use kiosks.) I do not know how I would use a kiosk to place my weekly orders. Thank God that you remain inclusive, and personable to the disabled community.
