This review goes to employee Vincent working at the Tyler mall Panda Express. Came in today to pick up 3 plates since the dodgers won last night ! Going forward Vincent was handling the order taking and serving and taking orders which is hard working of him and through this time I observed he was patient and treated every customer in a fair timely manner. but in reality panda needs to better their service by prioritizing mobile orders first! Also putting 1 cashier and 1-2 servers and have more cook staff to provide better service so food won’t be cold when served or get the food out quicker ! Todays ranking 8/10 shout out again to Vincent thank you for serving us today !

I am so dissatisfied with this location. To start, the lady making my food didn't even give me a full entree meal. So I paid full price and didn't even get all of what I was supposed to get. She hardly put any food in my box. Not only that, the cashier let a lady cut in front of me to buy a drink. The line was long and disgustingly difficult to get through in the crowded ass mall.

The seasoning of the food is not the most pleasant and it is strange why I have eaten at several pandas and this is the exception in flavor

I have to get this off my chest, but this is by far the best Panda Express in town. Everytime I go the food is fresh, the service is fast, and the food is BOMB. I swear there’s this same lady who’s been working there for years and let me just say, she knows how to run a kitchen. I think the fact that this Panda Express has outlived most of, if not ALL of the other dining options in the food court should speak for itself. Tyler mall Panda Express, I rock with ya’ll keep up the good work
Service improved in time for my return on 8/10/24. I received all menu items I ordered and no one had trouble reading my order typed out on my iPad. That’s how I hope it goes every time.
See y’all next year cuz other events will prevent me from attending the one that happens here for the remains of 2024.

Food is amazing! I have no idea what other people are talking about. Go right when they open if you want hot, freshly made food. I always go here if I need to grab lunch while I'm at work. Service is fast, it's just that sometimes the people standing in line take way too long to pick their menu and way too long to pay for their food.

If I was HR team, I would report the manager. He is very disrespectful and treats his employees unfairly and uses verbal abuse. He is not cooperative. He yells and scolds on coworkers. He always rolls his eyes at his employees. He abuses power as the manager and treats his employees unfairly. His behavior is not professional. As a customer I would like to inform you guys that this manager is not good as you think he is.

The other reviews said that this Panda Express skimps on the food and is overpriced, but that was not my experience at all.First, the employees were all friendly and helpful. Even though it was a busy Saturday night, they got the order right and served us with smiles.I got a plate (two entrees/one side), and the server piled on the mushroom chicken and gave me two full teriyaki chicken filets. My other guest ordered the Cub Meal, and they filled up the box all the way. Everything was steaming hot and fresh. The orange chicken was especially tender with a nice crispy exterior. They also had a new dessert, an apple pie roll, that was like an egg roll but had pie filling instead of veggies or meat. Everything was better than expected. Also, dinner for two only cost $22, which is comparable or cheaper than burgers. This mall does not have a large selection of restaurants, and we have had bad experiences at some of the other restaurants, so I enthusiastically recommend this Panda Express.
Dietary restrictions: You can order a side of Super Greens instead of rice or chow mein.
Kid-friendliness: Cub meals are a good size and include a side and drink for a reasonable price.
Wheelchair accessibility: There is an elevator to get to the restaurant on the second floor.

. Everything is over priced, you’re much better supporting local Chinese restaurants cuz they typically serve litterally double or triple the amount panda does, especially mall panda.
