Teriyaki chicken should come with teriyaki sauce. If i have to pay extra for it just say so. If used to be included with the order, but idk if its just this locatio n, but its rare. And if i choose the option extra teriyaki sauce on the app, that would be 2 of them. I cant even get 1
Food and service were acceptable. We were the only ones waiting to order, but we had to wait because there was only one server, and she was busy filling online orders. She did apologize for the wait. I think there was another server on break. The food was fresh and tasty. Only one problem was the mixed greens, which were undercooked almost raw. The servings were generous.
At 9pm, this place was very busy, I guess being that it was 1 hr to closing time (10pm) they had already started breaking down and cleaning the cooking and prep areas. 1 person was cleaning while the another person was only cooking side entrées as needed. After waiting nearly 20min or so for my turn to order, I was extremely disappointed they had not cooked any additional veggies, the bowl was empty when i had arrived. They expected me to wait an approximate additional 15min...
