I went to the Panda Express near my home. After ordering I was informed that they had no hot mustard!!! How does this “chain” not have not mustard!!! I won’t go back

This place gets a lot of bad reviews, but I’ve never had a horrible visit here. Usually the females working here are indifferent to you at best. Some shouldn’t be working in customer service. Still never a bad visit, so four stars.

Manager Richard is very unprofessional. He forgets half my meal and tells me to basically kick rocks. Saying he'll replace it next time. Guess I get to starve tonight. Very unprofessional and rude. Literally hung up on me. Would not recommend, his excuse " we have a new hire" wow..

On 09/23/24 at 1550, I encountered the rudest person at Panda. Hailey lacked costumer service and refused to acknowledge me, while trying to pick up a mobile order. The restaurant was not busy. Hailey was rude when another worker preparing the food asked her to finally acknowledge me. I will not recommend this restaurant, if this individual is there.

Just picked up my order and they are trying to pass off small side entree as medium. I paid 11 for medium get 7 pieces of shrimp. So sad. Will not be back. Mr You's is so much better
Passive aggressive attitude/racism at this place by a young blue eye female Caucasian worker, along with a taller caucasian male worker making faces while he thought i wasn’t looking. My plate was skimpy and i was served a partial piece of whole onion which disgusted me and made me lose my appetite. No sauces were offered or a thank you for my business. I was quite hungry and having a long day. My attitude was polite and easy going. I guess being Hispanic young and on my day off is offensive to some people. I will be boycotting this particular Panda Express, please don’t come here especially if you are of color. Blessings to those reading this.
