I'm very disappointed in panda this time. They messed up my order again. I placed an order of a bigger plate with 2 portions of teriyaki chicken and 1 portion of super greens. I got 1 portion of each but they didn't give me my 2nd portion of teriyaki chicken. And this is not the first time! Last time I got a plate and asked for 2 portions of teriyaki chicken and I got none of it only the chowmein. Bad service here. They need to focus more and have better management.

I came in late at night before closing, but but Hailey, one of the staff, still greeted me with a big smile. Her personality felt like seeing an old friend you haven’t seen in a while. I could tell she put lots of care into my order, and if this is the type or person this establishment hires I will 100% be returning.

The food is good, but please stop being so stingy with the portions. There’s no good reason for it, especially with the rice and noodles.
Not really a fan of Panda Express in general. Their Orange Chicken tastes like fried dates with burnt raisins. However a lady behind the counter was very sweet and gave me an extra free entree of my favorite Honey Walnut Shrimp. The workers really do the best they can here. Please support if you can.

Crappy service by their “kid” GM Melissa. Ask how to work a coupon they sent to my email. She said she doesn’t know,, not her problem. Told her that she needs to learn to do her job properly. She wouldn’t give me corporate phone number said I had to find myself. I am a food server, customer service is my priority.I WILL NEVER RETURN TO ANY OF THEIR LOCATIONS. Pick up Stix even though their further away for me has far better service and food. Panda Express hire knowledgeable Managers!!

THIS PLACE IS SERVING PORTIONS REALLY MEASURED!!! WHAT'S WRONG THE MANAGER REALLY NEEDS TO BE ON TOP OF IT..ALSO I ORDERED A TERIYAKI CHICKEN WITH STEAM RICE AND BOTH WERE NOT REALLY TIMELY COOKED...THEY CHARGE A LOT AND POOR PORTIONS!!
