Food was cold! If we are paying with Apple Pay why take our phones and keep returning to unlock the phone! If possible management have your Apple Pay machine close to the window. It’s annoying having to give our phones.

Food is great. Mobile order is always never finished on time. Its faster to just drive to the restaurant and go through the drive through. I will order 30 mins ahead drive to the restaurant and the order will say 10-15 more minutes. That defeats the purpose of the app if I have to wait still.

She had the greatest attitude and the most welcoming smile!!! That alone will bring me back!! I really hope this franchise appreciates what they have on their crew!!!

The truth is, when I arrived, it was open to both options: drive true and the option to eat inside on Google Maps, but not only the drive-thru option was open at 9 at night. but if they serve you

Went to this restaurant, panda express on Van Buren Ave, near Arlington Avenue
Wow, what a mistake I don’t know how they can even call this crap food I ordered orange chicken, which had no chicken in it. It was just batter and sugar covering chicken skin and it had obviously been sitting around for a while because it was barely room temperature and the taste was like rancid oil with sugar and breading on it horrible.
I also ordered beef and broccoli no beef hardly at all, and the broccoli was extremely overcook, and the flavor again was bad. The rice and the noodles both had a terrible flavor. I just can’t even explain how horrible this food was. I ended up throwing it away just horrible I’ll never go back to a panda express again in my life. What a rip off.

So I ordered a bigger plate with all chow mein And all teriyaki chicken. What I got was the smaller plate of it, so I didn't get what I ordered, and this is just a couple moments ago. At least I got my large diet coke, but I didn't get my chopsticks like I requested. In addition, my donation wasn't right either.They put eighty cents instead of four dollars and eighty cents. I might just go to Mr.You from now on.
