Ordered food to be ready at 9:30, it wasn’t ready until 9:45. It was absolutely delicious. Ordered coffee to go with it, had more milk than coffee. My husband brought it home and if we lived closer, I would’ve sent him back. Super disappointed when you spend $12 on coffee to just get milk instead…

My food is always prepared timely. The food is delicious. I love the ability to order two weeks in advance!!!!! I think their prices are a bit inflated compared to the size of their soups, otherwise I think they are compatible with their competitors.

Got my order got home and only 3 bagels where in my bag. They should check orders before turning them in.
I was craving for freshly baked Croissant as I returned from Spain , where you get freshly baked warm good size croissant for $2 , this is what I got from PB , cold tiny 2 Croissants 3x3 inches literaly for less than $9 . Shame on this corporate greed.

im a few months late with this review back in September of 2024 i got into a car accident and was injured on my way to pick up my mobile order. after the fire fighters and ambulance dispersed the store was a few minutes from closing so i asked if they could stay open a little later so i could pick up my order. my mom ended up going, and they gave her a couple of cookies for me and expressed their condolences. there's a lot that has impacted me from that day, but one of the few positive things was that memory from the workers at Panera. tldr - thank you for being kind. it really meant a lot to me that day.

Wonderful customer service! I ordered a Tuesday's Baker dozen special of bagels on the app. As happens sometimes, the app isn't always completely up to date on the min to min stock. The staff immediately called me and told me what they had available and gave me a refund but allowed me to come pick up partial in my order for free AND to come back the next day to get the full order.
