Just look at this sandwich
It doesn't look like a real half more like a Quarter sandwich.

â â â â â 5-Star Review for Panera Bread
My Go-To Riverside Retreat for Fresh Eats & Good Vibes!
Panera on Tyler Street is the real MVP of quick, feel-good meals in Riverside. I swung by on a sunny Saturday, and the moment I walked in, the aroma of freshly baked sourdough had me hooked. The space is bright, spacious, and spotlessly cleanâperfect for a solo work session or catching up with friends.
I ordered the Chipotle Chicken Avocado Melt on a toasted baguette (pro tip: ask for extra pickled onions!), paired with a steaming cup of their turkey chili. Every bite was perfection: melty cheese, smoky chicken, creamy avocado, and that breadâcrisp outside, pillowy inside. The chili? Rich, hearty, and just spicy enough to wake up the senses. I finished with a Kitchen Sink Cookie because, well, balance.
What sets this location apart is the staffâshoutout to Maria at the counter, who remembered my weird âlight iceâ request and still managed a genuine smile during the lunch rush. Drive-thru is lightning-fast too; Iâve grabbed breakfast flatbreads on my way to UCR and never waited more than 5 minutes.
Bonus: free Wi-Fi that actually works, plenty of outlets, and outdoor seating with misters for those 100°+ Riverside days. Whether Iâm craving soup in a bread bowl or just a strong iced coffee, this Panera never disappoints. Five starsâsee you tomorrow! đ„â

So I was kinda hesitant with Panera after the-----**Plaza** location got me sick off their tea. Twice in one day. Cause I'm dumb and thought okay black tea got me sick. My stomach is a baby. Ill go back later and study. I went back HOURS later and got the green tea. Proceeded to fight other grown women for the bathroom.
But at Tyler? Nah they got me.
Theyre honestly super dope. The other night I came in with my snake around my neck (covered by my jacket. Not trying to be a jerk if someones afraid of snakes) and everyone was so cool and excited to see him! After we were in the parking lot I was sending a text and looked up and saw him looking out the window like đ„ș and it had me dying! He wanted to see his friends!

Ordered on line for pickup at 7:36am. Order wasn't ready until 8:01am. No warning or any communication. Pre loaded insulin as well thinking I would have my food by the time it would hit me, was very wrong there. Even after getting my food it was cold. Don't order here.

We walked up to the counter to have three different employees ignore our presence. What's the point of a an employee facing sandwich shop without someone to say a greeting of some sort (might as well put in kiosks so that you can justify ignoring customers) . We won't be eating at Panera any time soon.

Same Panera service and food. The only difference is, this Panera allows non profits and small businesses come into the restaurant and use their wifi, without having to order anything from the establishment,. They also occupy seats and tables to conduct personal business. These people act like they own the place and speak loudly during the entire time while you and your family are trying to have a quiet dinner. If I would have known this Panera was like eating at the local food court at the mall, I would have avoided it all together.
