Papa Johns Pizza

The pizza we had was one of the worst pizzas I ever tasted in my life! No kidding ? Got me sick!

This place is ridiculously slow! And their pizza is the worst!

Its always ready on time, hot and tasty.

i added items to my cart on the app went to answer a call and my order was placed. ok ill buy it im waiting for it to be arrive and it says delivered but i didnt get anything lol. pizza is mediocre anyway but they're the only one that services my area... also they take forever to deliver and you can never track the order the system has never worked in all 10 years ive purchased from them.

Does this look a pizza bowl or soup bowl? I’m supposed to eat this..never get my biz again…

My wife ordered pizza and bread sticks , at 6.09pm the call center takes the order and said I will find out how long for pickup he said 15 minutes I got there 6.25 pm was not ready yet so I paid for it and waited outside, the order was ready 6.55 pm I told the manager about it he said that was the call center not them but he checked with them , and he was very rude , I will try to find the owner to let him know about customer service, and he told me to get out of his store , will never order pizza from there any more

Papa Johns has good fresh pizza; however, after a long shift at work, all I wanted to do was place a simple order for pickup. This incident occurred on 3/22/22 @ approximately 5:30 p.m. The worker who answered the phone kept rambling about refunds & credits, at which time, he turned the phone over to another worker who was rude & lied to me about Papa Johns being completely out of medium pizzas (everyone knows that as long as a pizza place has dough, they can produce small, medium, or large pizzas)..This is completely unacceptable behavior & not the right way to treat customers. I will not be doing business with this establishment anymore.

Perfect order and delivery! I had to call the store because I accidently ordered 2 pizzas. The worker that answered the phone was so nice, courteous and professional. The food was delivered hot, cooked like I ordered it, and delicious as always. I highly recommend the Papa John's Pizza on Trautwein in Riverside! Hopefully you will be as pleased with the service, food, and delivery like I was. AWESOME!!

Great pizza.

Love the pizza when it's made properly, but absolutely hate it when people don't know how to seal the garlic dipping sauce correctly or check if its sealed properly and it gets all over the pizza ?

Ordered online and went to the store about 45 mins later and they haven’t even started the pizza and it was going to be 45 mins longer. On top of that their customer service is horrible. Will never return to papa John’s.

Quick service and good pizzas.The employees are attentive to all customers who come in and get their order right away. It only took about 20 minutes for me to order, pay, and receive my pizza all in one visit. And they are not shy with the toppings.

Not only did they refuse to take our order because the “other phone service should” they used extremely disgusting language ontop of refusing to give the managers name no matter who called. They are all awful over there. I called into cooperate even to complain it was ridiculous

Wow! Fast, fresh, hot and at a great price!!!! Love this location. Best pizza I've had in a very long time.
