I don’t know how this place has such good reviews. I came with high expectations and there was basically no food available, everything was basically empty and it was 3 pm. Also there entire soda machine was out of order I asked to try the orange chicken and it was literally Basically cold and it was bright red I never seen orange chicken bright red before. I couldn’t order the food I said sorry and left. Overall horrible place and I don’t say that about any where.

The dining area is spacious and clean. The customer service is fast and friendly. As far as I know, this is the only place that provides free authentic and delicious chili sauce. Recommend it to everyone

The place is under new ownership and the food is not what it was. All trays are empty now and food looks like it’s been sitting for a long time, it also doesn’t look very clean. Place looks dead and empty. Such a shame, this place used to be good and clean. Will have to find a new spot now. ☹️

This place is probably the best place for chow mein. I used to have to go all the way to get some of the good stuff, but after finding this place I fell in love. The food is absolutely delicious and the staff are friendly. I can't wait to go again. My mouth is watering just thinking about this. There is also free chili sauce here. I like it very much. I recommend everyone to try it. The boss is an authentic Chinese chef.

I’m not sure what happened to this place. I’ve left a review calling it the best in Riverside, but the past few times I’ve came in, I left Without ordering because the food just looks very low quality now. It’s always the same family working. Husband cooking, Wife and Sometimes daughter working in the front. I haven’t seen them lately. Wondering if they sold the restaurant.

My husband worked here (the Hispanic fella in the back aka the only employee that spoke English), and the new owner did him dirty. She took advantage of him since he was the only employee there that worked with the previous (better) owners & was the only one who spoke English. He knew how to run the place properly and knew all the recipes, so they heavily relied on him.He was asked to work as a chef as well as train the new chef, and at times, work at the front of the restaurant. No one else there speaks English so it was a challenge for him to train the new guy properly, and I know customers suffered as well because of inadequate communication. The new chef barely took notes or remembered recipes correctly, so if the food looks terrible (I’ve seen it and it does), blame the new chef and the owner for not bothering to adhere to my husband’s training or proper cooking technique. It’s a shame this place has gone to the dumps because it was beloved by many due to the previous owner’s hard work.Instead of being thankful for his time there and for going above and beyond for a restaurant he loved, they lied about being closed so they could save money and not pay him for working. My husband has his own business and took time off from it to help these people and this is how they repay him. He’s since left and the new owner didn’t even pay him entirely for his time. They’re terrible people so skip to Panda Express.

I ordered orange chicken and got some tiny bits of crunch chicken or could have even been port it was red and nothing like the photos. Beef broccoli had 2 different color meats and was very cold like fridge cold and the noodles are very blan taste like nothing and are only tan in color compared to regular brown chowmein Very upset since I had to order on uber eats and was super hungry.

Chicken feel/tastes old. It's chewy. Also, I found a thread from a scotch brite in my food. When I pointed it out to the staff, they said "thank you for letting us know. Have a good day"
