Food wasn’t bad but the staff was pretty passive aggressive when they got my order wrong they slammed the replacement on the table without a word. I feel like it’s not that hard to at least put it down gently

Tried many pho spots and they one is delicious. The pork springs rolls with the peanut sauce was the best part. The sauce is so good!!! I would come back just for that and that alone.

The service and the food was not like I expected,ask for more slices of lemon .50 cent extra extra for each person ,basil a dollar for each people how cheap can you be? I’ve been another pho restaurant they don’t charge extra for anything no extra charge for lemon and no extra charge for basil. People in this place are very cheap and believe me. The food was not that great. I expected a better flavor and I was disappointed.

Today, I had a pretty surprising experience. I’ve been busy lately, so my wife and I went out for pho to recharge. It was my second visit to this restaurant—my first time a month ago was great, with excellent service and food, so I decided to return. We ordered egg rolls and two phos. The egg rolls came out first, and we enjoyed them while waiting for the pho. When the server brought out the pho and sides, we were shocked to see no bean sprouts, just basil, lime, and jalapeños. I asked why, and the server said they were out of stock. He apologized, saying he should’ve told us earlier. We asked if there was anything else they could offer instead, and he casually said, 'No, but I can give you more lime, basil, or jalapeños if you want. If not, I’ll just take it back.' I understand restaurants can have issues, and he did apologize, but his dismissive attitude afterward—like 'take it or leave it'—really acidulated me. The food and owner are great, and I wanted to be a regular, but now I’m reconsidering.
