It took half an hour to get the my order to be taken. As we waited we got our food but some dishes were never delivered.

Kid-friendliness: There are no changing stations in the bathrooms.

Despite reading the 1 star reviews, I still decided to give this place a chance. Once we went inside, waiting to be seated, the bald guy just looked at us and looked away, ignoring that we were even there... then came a boy with glasses n same thing, just looked at us and continue doing his work. Let me say that yes they were definitely understaffed but they could have atleast greeted us.
Anyways, we get seated and order the food. The chicken spring rolls were bland. No flavor. The pho was basic. The food was not best, but what made everything worse was the service overall. The workers just kept arguing with each other in front of all the customers.
Never coming here again.

Five stars all around! I came in starving for some food! I ordered the shrimp pho, and it came out crazy fast!! The broth was SO flavorful even without adding toppings or anything. I also ordered a fried egg Bahn mi which was SOOO GOOD. Everything was well priced and ridiculously flavorful.
I ordered a to-go for my family and he got the stir-fried beef and rice. He was fully obsessed and raved about it!
I recommend this place any day!

This place never disappoints, always love going here for years now. But today 12/10/24; I noticed a new worker and he was very friendly and nice. However, he kept getting call out in front of the people of his mistakes, and the manager would tell the customers about it. He was embarrassing him, being disrespectful, and overall this manager made it obvious how upset he was at this new worker. I just wanted to share in hopes of others seeing this and making sure the restaurant makes changes to how they treat their workers and being more professional about it instead of telling your customers how the new worker is at fault for the little mistakes that occurred. Please share. Thanks.

Been coming for a few years now without any complaints and I’ve always had a good experience however a familiar bald man that I think is one of the managers was constantly shaming and belittling a new worker. He was talking to many customers but how the worker kept making mistakes. From what I seen this new worker was handling all the tables, checking out customers, checking in customers, overall doing the best that he could without any complaints. The manager didn’t seem to care and was very disrespectful towards him and kept getting him in trouble for little things and telling customers about his mistakes. To end it off I didn’t think it was right at all and wanted to write a review to let customers know about the type of management I seen.

I asked for extra chili oil I got home, looked in my bag and didn’t even get one. I drive 35 minutes to come here won’t ever do that again. Don’t care about your customers and make you wait and half an hour for one order Never going back here

Great food. Service was not. They were short staffed tonight, and you can tell that it was a struggle. They forgot 3 of our orders, brought out the appetizers last and served us all at different times. From my understanding it is not usually like this, but tonight this was my experience. The food was phenomenal though.

Went for dinner for my birthday with my partner and waited over 30 minutes to be sat when it was a mostly empty house and another customer walked in and was instantly sat as soon as they walked in the door ahead of us, when we were eventually sat the man taking our order forgot what it was twice while he was STILL at the table and we had to remind him of what our food was, our entrees came out another 30 minutes later but we never got our drinks or appetizers until an hour and a half passed with us reminding the staff 4 extra times that we were waiting on more stuff where we had to walk up to the counter because a server didn’t come to check on us ONCE, the waiter adamantly told us that we weren’t going to be charged for our phos because another table payed for them for us but when we went to cash out our order at the counter because again they didn’t come to the table with the check we had to go ask for it ourselves, the man that took our order tried charging us for the phos but the waiter intervened and said no another table payed for their stuff and he said no they didn’t I remember they only payed for their stuff, quite convenient that he remembers that but not our order with two drinks an appetizer and two entrees that we had to ask for 6 times to get all of our order, so if you feel like being swindled out of your money this is a great place to go. we got there at 6:17 and didn’t end up getting the check until basically closing and most of the tables were left dirty for over an hour while staff was just standing around doing nothing so nothing promising in terms of atmosphere and messed up multiple to-go orders that I saw customers were waiting for over and hour to get with a mostly empty house

Great food!!

On 8/25/2024, my husband and I were excited to eat at this establishment. However, we were seated and were refused service/and flat out ignored! Others were seated after us and served. We were not welcomed! Pretty disgusting for these times.

My boyfriend and I came here for lunch and we ordered two orders of spring rolls. 10 minutes later, one order came out. So I asked where is the second order? Almost 20 minutes later still nothing. It doesn't take long at all to make spring rolls, also there was only one other table of two and we arrived before them and they got their food within 10 minutes when they arrived. Also the atmosphere isn't nice. You don't get greeted when you walk in the door. I wouldn't recommend coming here if you want to wait a ridiculous amount of time for your food.. this is our second time experiencing a situation like this here. Their service sucks. Never coming back again.

On a cold Riverside night, this place hits the spot. Good pho bowl and the pork spring rolls were ok. The service was great too. Grab this place on a cold Riverside night. The broth was alright. Very filling.
