This is by far my favorite pho place I’ve been to in riverside. If you are in the nearby area, you have to come by. I always order a number 10, but my mother loves the fish pho. My family and I have been going here consistently since it opened a few years ago and it never disappoints!!
Came here with my niece and it was great. The gentleman who helped us was kind. The food was great! I read the negative reviews and was hesitant at first. But they charge you what it actually costs, if you don’t understand someone I suggest Google translate. Business owners tells you their story on the menu and why it has the name. Perhaps for those don’t take the time to read or pay attention to detail, I suggest taking the time to do so.

Honestly, what’s wrong with people. You come to a place to eat VIETNAMESE food. Not to criticize people because they don’t speak perfect English. Of course they will not speak perfect English. My boyfriend and I went through the reviews and he is a huge believer that if service is bad food is great and I got to tell you. Don’t trust the reviews.
