Background: This the 4th or 5th Pho restaurant we have tried in the Riverside/Corona area. Having moved from the heart of Little Saigon, we longed for authentic pho. Our orders were the #1 Dac Biet, and a modified #2 Dac Biet. The fatty brisket is top tier, tendons tender, the rare beer could be a little softer or I may have let it cook too long in the broth. Literally the best Vietnamese Food in town. The minute you step in, it feels like you're in Little Saigon, minus the traffic on the 91fwy, 55fwy, 22fwy. The space is small and it gets really crowded!
