Pho Ha #7 University Ave

I Usually come here to get good food and good service….today I was treated really poorly and the food was horrible…the waiter kept putting his hands on the rim of my cup leaving dirt marks….anything I asked for he kept shaking his head or getting visibly upset/frustrated. He got really upset because I asked for my receipt….he was extremely rude. He said his name was Ti or (Tie). I will not return this is the only place I get pho but I will not return.

Beef Meatball Pho was ordered and got these vegetables with it.

I love this place. Pho is very good here. Also the restaurant is very nice inside it’s very relaxing. I highly recommended this place

I had an overall pleasant experience at this restaurant until the end, which completely changed my impression. While I went to the front to pay, my food was thrown away from my table—even though there was still half a portion of noodles, bean sprouts, and beef left. If I hadn’t stopped her, she would’ve thrown away my other food too.

When I spoke with the staff at the front, instead of apologizing, she kept asking who threw it away, with a dismissive attitude. She finally said they would “pack a little bit more” for me, but her tone was cold and unhelpful.

While I was waiting at the table, she held a used piece of receipt and casually tossed it into the dessert box I had set aside for takeout. That box had my food—not trash. I had to stop her, and even then, she didn’t apologize.

Mistakes happen, but the lack of respect and basic courtesy really disappointed me. I hope the management takes this seriously.

This is a solid Vietnamese spot near UCR. The food is for the most part good depending on what your order. Nice little confort mom and pop food type atmosphere.

They have such good customer service Christine is super friendly and on top of things everyone there is really nice and the pho and veggie egg rolls are ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️??

Live this place!!! The pork was amazing, the rice steamy and the veggies fresh. Finished it really fast, but it really hit the spot. You will love the service, everyone is so attentive and their soups are famous. When you get it also order a scramble egg and lots of onions and sliced jalapeños, you will enjoy it.

My Boyfriend and I discovered this place about a year ago. The food is always incredible. There’s so many choices. The waiters are super sweet and nice always bringing refills always asking if everything is OK. The food always comes out incredible!!!

Vegetarian options: Different pho options

Dietary restrictions: If you can’t have me and you only eat vegetarian food, there are many options on the menu that do not include meat or you can just take the meat out of it. I just add like extra veggies just different flavors.

Parking: I have never experienced not finding parking. The parking lot is pretty huge so that shouldn’t be an issue.

Kid-friendliness: It’s a place you can bring your whole family and love it

Wheelchair accessibility: If your loved one is in a wheelchair, they have a ramp as well as plenty of room to put a chair wheelchair so everyone can enjoy a nice meal
