Pho Ha #7 Canyon Springs

Worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. The staff member put on a fake smile right up until I paid and left a tip—after that, it was like I didn’t exist. They even charged me before my food arrived, and I had to remind them twice just to bring it out. Thirty minutes later, it finally showed up. And if you think that’s bad, they literally shut the lights off the second closing time hit, even with customers still eating, just to rush everyone out. Absolutely ridiculous. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME HERE.

Ordered to go and when i asked for sauce the employee rolled his eyes. When I asked for 2 more packets of sauce he picked up the ones on the floor and handed them to me. Most disgusting thing ever. Will never be back again.

Came to bring family in for lunch and had a waitress and was extremly ride got here at 2:31 usually come to this location and was extremely disappointed in her attitude

Everything is sticky. Service is atrocious. Took forever to be seated, to have your order taken, and to pay. They still had the audacity to give me attitude that I didn't tip. Quite frankly I can and have forgiven places, for stuff like that, if the food is good. But it was extremely mid. Save your money go elsewhere for pho.

Great place for taste a real phoa

Horrible experience here , everyone was extremely rude and the food was cold. Not to mention , all the workers have horrible hygiene and the food did not seem fresh at all.

I know chop sticks inside the bowl is not good table etiquette; however, it's my food. Anyway, this was the best tendon and steak pho I've ever had. The service was fast. Do you see the quality of this food? The taste was so clean. I didn't add any sauce. But will take some with my leftovers because the servings are big. 10 out of 10. Nothing was needed. I found a jewel 🤩

My family went there today to order our usual four entrees. Typically we pay around $65 with tax and tip. Today we were charged $78. I mean the food is competent but not $78 dollars competent, you know what I mean? $65 was already pushing it, but $78 for four entrees?? I don’t think so. We will definitely be thinking twice before eating here again.
