Worst experience ever, from the food to the customer service. I’ve worked in customer service before and I knew what I was getting myself into . But SOME of the workers here forget that they have to work with people, even though they signed up for it 😭 they had the worst attitude ever, even had the older lady who brought our drinks, roll her eyes at us when I told her they got our drink order wrong . The pho itself was mid we ended up leaving it , (we paid $86 for three phos, fried rice, a coconut boba and two sodas) we’ve had better, just wanted to try a new place . I just hope they’re able to better their service, for their future customers.

service was good and the workers were very nice. food was good and came out really fast. the restaurant is clean as well. i just wish the pho broth was a little hotter but i also just love really hot broth. i think they raised the prices though which sucks for college students but oh well. probably my favorite pho in riverside!

Very nice and pretty authentic Vietnamese place. They have a good variety of food but what they really specialize in is the Pho noodle soup. Very tasty, fresh and served fast with many options to choose from. Summer rolls were also amazing. The atmosphere is nothing special but it is fine. The staff is very friendly. It's a million times better place to eat than any of the neighboring fast food places.

The pho was delicious! The broth was super tasty unlike other places I have tried. The servers are super sweet and friendly. The restaurant has a lot to choose from and all sorts of delicious drinks. They’re boba is just the right consistency?

On 5.13.24 around 10:38am I found a bug in my pho when I notified the staff they were very rude to me. They lacked consideration and failed to take responsibility. The customer service was poor.
