Pho Ha #7 Canyon Springs

I've been coming here for last 5 years. And have been regulars. But i think they have lost our business with multiple disappointing visits. The utensils were always dirty with chunks of rice noodle stuck on it. Im okay with raising prices but the portions have shrunk so I'm still hungry after the meal... at least say on the menu the portions decreased. The service. No water when we sit and had to ask 3 times for water after getting the food. Im sad that I have to leave this review but it is what it is

Not sure if the kitchen staff has been entirely replaced, but the downgrade in food quality is super obvious. The chicken in pho ga taste like rubber, and the bun bo hue lacks the signature broth flavor that they used to have

The food is good this is the second time I came in ordered food and they just forgot all about me and my food is sitting over there getting cold second time in a row!!
Not to mention the girl taking the money and handing you the food was coughing and sneezing everywhere I never saw her change her gloves I don't want to get sick send her home if she's sick she shouldn't be coughing on people's food and sneezing disgusting I'm going to have to find somewhere else to eat think I'm done with this place.

Now I see why this place has negative reviews. Lady told me I couldn’t add beef balls to my order then I get home and they only gave me five pieces of tendon, no rare steak when I ordered it for $17? Should’ve made the longer drive for pho

I ordered on door dash and was told my order would be ready at 2:45pm. It was not ready until 3:15pm and when I noticed my food had came out I grabbed it. The guy stopped me and said did I check I said yes I did it’s chicken pho and he had to verify!! I know how to read!! I will not be coming back! Too long of a wait and rude service!!

Place was busy which is understandable. Wait was ok, but the service…I wouldnt not be surprised if verbal argument happen more often. The server who dropped off our food rude when we aksed for an extra plate, dismissing us using a hand gesture. The waitress who took our order, “you can order now but it will come out when the kitchen want to send it”, a simple “it will be a small wait” wouldve been ok. Management should definitely look into hiring more to help with these rushes, and come up with a better systtem to manage tables. Will still be coming back but a lot less now

Honestly worst customer service ever we waited for over 30 minutes and they didn’t even bring us menus they kept a saying a couple more minutes while everyone around us was getting serviced we had to ask the table next to us for a menu worst experience ever we walked out after being ignored

Great service, and the food is well served. We left feeling full and completely satisfied. Kristine was our server and I definitely recommend the shrimp balls!
