I’ve been here about 3-4 times and every time they have Great pho, and nice service. Atmosphere could be more clean and they don’t offer any discounts. Regardless, Definitely a spot to hit more than once.

Been coming here for about 15 years! This is the spot, authentic Pho at a great price. This place is normally packed which is a good indication that they are doing something right.

We have been coming here for many many years. They were one of the first restaurants When the UV just opened. That’s a very very long time ago. For many years we always looked passed the lack in customer service. Considering maybe the language barrier or communication gap. But tonight, tonight’s experience just made them lose long time customers. The young man needs customer service training. He is always annoyed and angry. That’s why we avoid to ask him for anything when we dine there. However, tonight, after we ate, we had some left overs that we wanted to take home so we needed containers. He walked by so I said “excuse me”, he just kept walking. Ok. Maybe he didn’t hear me. Unfortunately, he was the only one that walked passed our booth a few times so once again I said “excuse me”. This time he stopped, looked right at me and as I was about to speak, he frowned and walked away. That made me angry. However, I didn’t want to cause a scene. So instead my husband got up and walked up to the older gentleman and asked for to go containers and brought it back to our table. As we were leaving I decided to let the older gentleman know at the register with in a calm and low tone manner that they should talk to the young man because he is very rude and it’s not good. He let me know that the young man was his son and that he’s like that because he doesn’t like to work with customers he prefers to be in the kitchen that’s why he acts like that. So I told him that it’s obvious and I agreed with him that maybe it would be better that he stay in the kitchen because with the nasty attitude they may lose customers. The gentleman started getting upset and kept saying “that’s my son. That’s my son….its ok if we lose customers…its ok if you don’t come back…its ok you don’t come back…” with that response from him, I assured him that I will definitely not come back and will make sure my friend and family don’t either. We will take our business elsewhere.

So yummy!! Wandered in and was blown away by every dish I tried!
The pho was great but the beef stew was amazing - the broth was so flavorful and the beef was so tender - especially liked the beef spring rolls as well!!

Got #15 beef w rice noodles, yum mango smoothie, and Vietnamese veggie rolls
Had all the sauces and add ins for the pho
Service was good and quick

Food and soup were tasty. Once I walked in I notice a B. I wonder why this place is going dowhilI it used to be packed. also noticed door was all dirty and need some cleaning. Tables are sticky, mirrors, some dusting..in Overall this place needs a deep cleansing. I hope next time I go to see an A on their window and also cleanliness to attract clients.

Our absolute favorite Pho spot in Riverside, the food is always good, the people are so nice, and the service is always excellent. We’re regulars at this point and try to hit it at least once a week. If I could give it 100 stars I would!

Definitely one of the better pho spots in Riverside and trust me, I don’t say that often about the pho around here! I’ve tried pretty much every pho place in town, so I’ve got a solid sense of what’s good. The flavor here is on point, and it’s definitely worth the visit. My only suggestion is to double check your bag before heading out. I called ahead to place my order and specifically asked for extra chili oil since I was picking up, but I only got one. Small hiccup, but other than that, great spot & friendly staff!

Well I don't even know where to start.
We were sitting down waiting for our food.
Then I see the lady that works there sitting at the back table and she was scratching her feet
I figure she will go to the bathroom and wash her hands...oh no no no no
She went to the kitchen and grabbed some food for another customer
I don't know if she washed her hands

Second one. She was walking around the restaurant scratching her head
That is so gross for me to see in a restaurant..

Third one. Some homeless lady ask if she can use the restroom they said yes. The lady took like 10 minutes in there
The waitress? goes and starts screaming at the homeless lady to get out
Shouting at her
So uncomfortable for the customers that were there.
ON TOP OF THAT I FOUND A HAIR IN MY SOUP. What an evening.

There are so many ways to work around all these issues in a redtaurant.
This lady should not be working at any restaurant.
Her hair was all over her face.
I don't think that we would ever go back
I used to love this place.. NOT ANYMORE.
