I was recommended this pizza spot from a colleague. I walked in, and the cashier was taking an order, so I had to wait about 2 minutes or 3 minutes max for me to place my order. I was tempted to ask for my free drink since no one came to back her up and take my order. Luckily, I've worked many customer service jobs that I've become patient in situations like these. She did acknowledge me and was friendly as she took my order. I ordered a 6 slice small pizza and the price was GREAT. I like the options on sizes and a variety of items to order. The spot is clean and even the restroom. All these things are important for a customer to experience. As soon as I opened my pizza box, I smiled because the small little plastic round table in the middle of the pizza reminded me of my childhood. Oh, they forgot to give me my ranch sauce I paid for, and I realized too later after, so I didn't bring it up. Overall, the pizza was so warm and fresh. I could tell the workers in the prep table were all doing a good job focusing on their tasks. I will most likely be back and bring my nephew with me next time. Thank you for the good pizza and having your pizzeria clean!

Antipasta salad only had lettuce and salami. No tomatoes or motserella cheese. Just one peperchini. Paid extra for additional dressing. Pizza was just okay. Spent 70 dallars there for four people.

Pizza is AMAZING, but for some reason, they can't get the cinnasticks right! I've ordered them multiple times, and they never come with frosting, and today I used my birthday rewards for a free order, and instead of cinnamon sticks, we got garlic bread sticks with frosting glaze on them. WTF?!?!

WTF?!?! EDIT: Store manager called me the next day and I explained what happened. She personally made me a fresh batch that I picked up and they were delicious. She also gave me her work schedule and said to ask for her anytime, with any issues. Top customer service from management. Just need to iron out those training sessions to new hires.
