I have to say something; as a heads up to others - the pizza, breadsticks & cinnamon breads - literally everything is so horrible - tastes like they used expired or overused oil, the pizzas are as thin as the cardboard they came in, no visible cheese or sauce anywhere, dried and extremely lacking in any culinary effort whatsoever!
I come here about twice a month so it's easy to say that this place has good days and bad days but the past few times it's been off. Basically with the cook time it seems like they are busy or just don't care maybe both. The pizza is too doughy and they have to know this when they go to cut it are you even looking or just throwing the pizza in the box and now this is the first and I'm scared to come back they didn't even really put cheese on my pizza are you angry out of cheese or just trying to cut a corner and make extra money for your bonus? Of course to say come back let us make it better but why make like this in the first place? It's hard to tell in the photo but underneath the pepperonis there was absolutely no cheese under most of them or just plain bread Plus it was undercooked needed about 3 more minutes. What's going on. The only reason why I'm making a review is because they suggested on the box, with a little cutout paper asking to let them know how they're doing because they care about the feedback.

They play games on the phone. I first called and they said my pizza was going to be $15.99 tax included. I was about to finish paying over the phone. Then out of nowhere we lost connection. So I called them back and no one knows what I'm talking about. They completely forgot my order. So I try to order another pizza. And now out of nowhere I have to pay $25. Screw that shit.

Do not order online from these people. You are directed from the official store website to a call center which charged our card 6 times, and the store GM told my wife on the phone that they are not legally allowed to do that. The money left the account and the store will not complete the order because it is “pending.” Pizza Hut has also experienced a data leak, so this is very concerning for fraud. We have been customers of this store for over 2 years. The first straw was when they fired their delivery drivers to use independent contractors in order to save money. This one is the final straw- no more. Avoid this place at all costs- including the cost of compromised credit cards.
