Do not order online from these people. You are directed from the official store website to a call center which charged our card 6 times, and the store GM told my wife on the phone that they are not legally allowed to do that. The money left the account and the store will not complete the order because it is “pending.” Pizza Hut has also experienced a data leak, so this is very concerning for fraud. We have been customers of this store for over 2 years. The first straw was when they fired their delivery drivers to use independent contractors in order to save money. This one is the final straw- no more. Avoid this place at all costs- including the cost of compromised credit cards.

DONT ORDER ONLINE OR CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! SCAMMMM!!! Take credit card and they are “legally not to take card information and some are not familiar with the policy” I hope someone sees this before they do any business with PIZZA HUT! Website is weird. “Data leak” stolen password… ok, change password, order food, wasn’t adding up properly with the sales, they were going to charge me $30 more. I call customer service to order they took my card over the phone six times stating I owe more on this time less on the other. Still won’t go through for some weird reason they transferred me to the store and he said the pending is from my bank and they should not take my credit card over the phone at customer service because legally they cannot do it. I have $60 pending in Pizza Hut pending charges and no pizza. … or breadsticks…or sanity!

I asked for a regular pizza and they gave me a cheese pizza during the Super bowl which I guess I should've asked for pepperoni . Food was fresh and hot!it was great!

I ordered a pizza in-store. They emailed me. That means without me even using an email address they were able to contact me. That means they have my card information on a database so when I order a pizza they log it in and email me about my experience? That's sick. I will never go to pizza hut again. That's crazy. And there is nothing anyone can do about it except don't go. So, I won't ever again. Go to hell pizza hut.
