We ordered a medium BBQ chicken pizza, pepperoni melt, and a box of the 10 mini-Cinnabon rolls. The employees here are always polite and they have our orders ready when we arrive. My wife really liked the pepperoni melts (2 in a box)...said she liked them better than a normal pizza...nice thin and crunchy crust. The BBQ chicken pizza was well made with just the right amount of BBQ sauce and the Cinnabon rolls were outstanding with plenty of frosting on top with leftovers for the following morning! We will continue to frequent this Pizza Hut!

THE ABSOLUTE WORST! Ordered the deserts, cinnamon and cinnamon buns. They were delivered on my porch without the icing. I called and had a conversation with someone that seemed to have a hard time hearing because there was so much yelling and screaming in the back. I decided to order a pizza and they could just bring the pizza and icing so it wouldn't be a wasted drive. Another 50 minutes goes by, and the pizza comes without th icing. Then I called the store back and asked to speak to the manager. He then placed the phone down on the counter and started talking about me until I finally hung up. It is almost comical how bad it all was. I wasn't being unreasonable, I just wanted the icing. First drop off II tipped him 30% and the second time 25%. I know that is stupid but I prepaid on my card and I thought it was an oversight. I would have never thought they actually didn't care. Take your business somewhere else. This is shameful!

I just order boneless wings for my pregnant wife and to my surprise there was no sauce on it and we ordered a burning hot buffalo flavor and there was like almost no sauce and I paid $35for a pizza (which was good btw) and for a 8 piece, I get it I was like one of there last customers but I didn't see the wings until I got home and they are already closed so now I can't go and get a refund or something better I got to wait till tomorrow not cool now I don't get my moneys worth and an upset pregnant woman!!

They must have run out of CHEESE because we looked everywhere! The Pizza sucked! It was my Birthday and I wanted Pizza and we couldn't have picked a worse place with so many Pizza places to pick from, they even ran out of the "Cheese stuffed crust pizza" so we ordered from what little they had to offer. It was dried out pizza dough with day old cooked toppings and hardly any CHEESE, seemed like leftover scraps from the day before! Will never Ever go back to order from Pizza Hut! For all you Pizza Lovers stay Away from Pizza Hut

Ordered 3 pizzas and breadsticks around 11am for delivery, to be delivered at 6:15pm. Been waiting for over an hour and yet pizza still has not been delivered (still waiting). Been on the phone since 6:15pm waiting for someone to answer; however, no one ever picks up and I'm left just listening to their recorded ads as they play on a continuous loop. Their service SUCKS!!!!!!!!

I would do zero stars if i could. Pizza arrived with topping off the pizza and in the corner of the box, the pizza is hard and cold, I asked for extra sauce and there's barely any on it, and barely any toppings. (see photo.) Spent $53 for 2 edge pizzas and breadsticks. Not worth it.

Horrible horrible service. I live down the st. I go there every Weeknd. Not anymore. They put me on hold and forgot about me over 4 times. I called and was hung up on over 9 times. I called and the assistant management didn't give two ***about it. He didn't even apologize. Had the nerve to say "I only show two missed calls." Such BS from a loyal customer. From now on shopping at Pizza Hut. I'll drive the extra 2 miles. Thanks a lot.

These guys stand around gossiping more than they work! They mess my order up and don't even bother telling me i find out after 20 minutes of standing there like an idiot. Then I finally ask how much longer?...and I suppose it's the "manager" says "oh a few more minutes it's because they made the first pizza wrong ". Like ok? You couldn't tell me while you watched me stand there. Doesn't surprise me while I was there I witnessed phone calls of other customers calling in to complain about the service.

It's a cold Tuesday night and I was tryna turn up the heat a little by ordering jalapeños on half my pizza only. Upon arriving to my dismay it was covered in jalapeños, I, a former food worker was not upset, just showed the employee and he happily said he will remake the pizza. To my ultimate joy, they make me a entire regular pepperoni to accompany my pep and jalapeño. Thank you Pizza Hut, my son will definitely enjoy not being burnt by the jalapeño :)

I ordered at 7:15pm and waited almost 2 hours with hunger for them to notify me at 8:45pm that my order was cancelled because the barista was not available to complete the order. I spend almost 25 dollars, now I have to wait 5 business days for the refunded money to be back in my back. THANKS A LOT !
