Workers are lazy kids that obviously don't want to work. They mess up orders every time and make faces when they have to fix any issues. The dine in area also desperately needs a deep clean. This place smells sooo bad I can't imagine what the kitchen looks like. It's disgusting here.

The dine in area smells extremely bad and the workers barely clean up any tables. There was so many tables with dirty plates and old food on them I'm guessing that's what made the place smell horrible. The customer service was also horrible. The guy with the Valencia tattoo on his forearm took my order and was slurring the entire time, it was obvious he was drunk. You can smell the sweat and alcohol on him. On top of everything he messed up my order and I had to wait another 20 mins for my food.

Didn’t make sure order was great and annoyed that I had to call instead of making sure food was correct by the representative, food was cold . Was charged for a delivery fee even after I went to go pick it up , I don’t like calling and complaining it’s annoying and waste of energy but when you’re paying for something that you didn’t order or a service that wasn’t provided it’s disheartening

Don't even bother tbh. Put in an order around 530 for pickup at 645. Wasnt ready when I arrived, then they gave my food to someone else. I was told two minutes, then another 10. At that point i just aked to cancel my order in which i got the rudest manager Isaac who wasnt really any help.
ALSO DO NOT TIP THESE PEOPLE. THEY CHARGE YOU FOR IT THEN MESS UP YOUR ORDER AND DO NOT REFUND THE TIP. JUST SAVE YOUR MONEY AND GO TO DOMINOES.

Terrible food service. The tavern style pizza was marketed to me as a regular pizza that's cut up similarly to breadsticks. However it's just a thin crust pizza. When I asked the manager about this he said there was nothing they could do. I'm not trying to be a Karen, but the pictures and descriptions online was nothing like what I reviewed and I was genuinely upset and it was made worse by condescending and patronizing men. 10/10 would NOT recommend. Especially when I paid $40 freaking dollars.

Food is pretty consistent at this location. The real gem is that this is one of the few Dine-In Pizza Hut locations still around.
Went in for a late pizza and had a pitcher of beer while we waited. Not busy and clean. Watched tv while we waited for the pizza. Love this local spot.

Don't tip the drivers before they give you your order. If you tip online and have a problem with your delivery the store blames door dash and door dash blames the store and your credit card won't cancel the charges. Win win for them lose lose for you. Very disappointed overall. Noone is responsible for bad service anymore.

The pizza was good, better than I expected. The drinks were not overpriced. The personal pan pizza for my daughter slipped off the plate onto the floor. They made her a new one right away. I will definitely return soon!
