Ordered 2 dinner boxes and 2 46ct wings for delivery to be arrived at 1:03 went outside to "receive" my order and no soul was out there.I called them asking for my order and seems like pizza hut no longer has their own drivers so they now have left/uber which as a customer I don't care how my pizza is delivered as long as it's delivered but it seems like your "manager" Tom can't manage this "fast" service to the customer and can't manage this location as a whole since they can't get the food to the customer.I asked if I could pick it up and at least get a discount Tom refused and said no he couldn't do anything and seems like he doesn't care about his job or the customer.. so I didn't get a discount,I didn't get my pizza,and wasted my time we always order from here for our manager meetings and order pizza here but seems like Tom isn't interested in our business we will be looking to take our business somewhere else thanks..

Careful when you order delivery from here. They use dashers now and be even more worried if Dasher Martin R. is handling your order. He took a picture of my food outside, labeled it delivered in the app and left with my food and a 5 dollar tip for a 1 mile drive. Also refused to answer my calls when I tried to reach him. Pizza Hut did comp me for door dashes screw up though. You're better off picking up for yourself here and not taking the risk with door dash.

I’ve gone to this dine in Pizza Hut now for a couple years.They have kids usually working there but their customer service is great.They also honor ebt which is a plus too.The reason I give this Pizza Hut 3/5 stars is because they messed up on my order a couple times but with their helpful customer service they fix your order !Vegetarian options: Pizza and pastas and also deserts

I am in the San Francisco Bay Area and can't speak for their food (yet), but the service is way above and beyond. When my CC was used fraudulently at their store, they acted quickly to cancel the order, reverse the charge, and completely saved the day! Thank you so much, Charlie and crew - don't know what I would've done without you!

Pizza was not cooked completely. It was limp, wet, and doughy. Did not enjoy and was expensive. Delivery fee is way way too high also
