Worst experience ever with the lady who charged me ordered 30 mins before arriving to jurupa from rancho my husband picks up the food and she said oh I forgot to put the pasta in the oven and then we waited 10 more mins and as I started feeding my baby some pasta the middle of the pasta cold I called to let them know and the same lady that I dealt with said okay and the problem is like tf you mean the food is cold and there was no sauce for the breadsticks that it comes with worst customer service ever.Order #3231113194402001331024877

Disgusting experience I came during the evening saw two employees come out of the delivery car sweaty pretty sure you get what I'm saying anyway I ask for the managers name ( Jennifer ) ordered my food never once saw them wash their hands never had such a horrible experience like this in my life

If I was able to leave a more negative review, I would. I placed my order at 6:40 and was expecting my food delivery at 7:25. I called the location to confirm my order at 7:47 since it hadn't arrived and according to the "manager" at the time. (He hadn't been to that location in a while) his employees canceled my order. This store needs better and proper training. I've worked in the restaurant industry for years and the way the "managers" are handling the business is unacceptable. Do not order from this location. It's a shame. Do better Pizza Hut.
I had not been in to a Pizza Hut since the late 90s and since my employer handed out coupons for a free personal pan pizza I thought of give Pizza Hut a try. At first glance I wished I would have gone into a different Pizza Hut, this place looks like it had not seen a broom and mop in months and that's just the customer waiting area. I had no other option but to stay since I was on my way to work. Ordered my free pizza and decided to give the wings a try. When I received my order I asked for cheese peppers and ranch, all three I needed to purchase, i would have gladly purchased a pack of cheese and a pack of peppers but for a personal pizza they wanted me to purchase a 4oz bottle of each. I also had to purchase ranch, I just paid $13 for six wings and they couldn't give me a 2oz cup of ranch. Needless to say I won't be returning and I don't recommend this or any other Pizza Hut location

This is one of the worst pizza hut locations ever. Took over 2 hours to receive my order placed online. Tried contacting the store to find out about my order but could never get through. The phone just rings and rings and then goes to a fax machine. Keep trying and it goes to customer care and all they can do is keep transferring me to the store but then I keep going through the same thing where no one picks up. I finally got my order at 945 pm when It was placed at 7:39pm. The food I received was cold and made sloppy. I'm done with this location...never gonna order from this location again.

I lost my patience trying to make an order over the phone. The guy put me on hold without telling me then came back after a few min and told me he put me on hold. I was trying to order but he would talk over me to help other customers coming in. The prices were not adding up so I asked him how much the pizzas were and he couldn’t give me a basic breakdown. Whoever is training these people is doing a terrible job. I just hung up because it shouldn’t take 10 min to order a few pizzas.

Service here sucks, try ordering online and the order won't process at all and then when you call to place the order they don't even answer. I understand they might be short staffed but you'd think by now they'd hire more people to fill the demand. Better off just getting a little ceasars pizza and save yourself the time.
The pizza is never made right, the dough is always never fully cooked, the cheese doesn't always melt down, and it's never fully cut
