Let me start off by saying the customer service is tremendous, Ronnie helped us tonight. Super personable & knows what he’s talking about. The menu had SO MANY choices and a huge selection of stuff from pizza&wings to desserts, let’s not forget about the candy!!!? Our pizza was phenomenal LOADED with toppings and the wings are to die for blows every wing spot in Jurupa out of the water!!! If you’re looking for a good atmosphere, the greatest customer service and exceptional food RUN DONT WALK TO THE PIZZA PLUG!!! You won’t regret it! DONT BASE IT OFF THE REVIEWS GOOGLE SUCKS!!!! So sad all these other reviews left their so false compared to the experience we had tonight! We will DEFINITELY be returning!

The Smoking Rooster
The fact I have been there 3 times and all 3 times their warmer/oven for single slices is empty, I don't want to order anything more than a couple slices, it's always been empty, so I leave empty handed, 3 times in a row is enough for me, won't be going back. Yesterday there were teens working and laughing and having a good 'ol time, but no pizza in the warm up oven and nothing being made, When we walked in they didn't greet us, no pizza in the warmer, or the oven, nothing again, Can you imagine for a second owning & operating a pizza establishment with nothing in the warmer and nothing in the oven, and poor customer service? How about owning a Bar with no alcohol? Or going to a car dealership and the parking lot is empty? A taco stand with no taco's? The lack of business sense is really unbelievable here, money walking right out the door 3 times just on my behave, I wonder how many others did the same as I did, probably many, they don't want to wait around 20 minutes for a slice of pizza, This place lost me for sure 100%.

Tried this place out for the first time since we have been hearing the hype for a while now. Took the kids and ordered Sausage/pepperoni. The bread and crust was probably one of the best I've had and the cheese and toppings complimented that very well. We will be regulars at this establishment.
