Ok, so I’ve had poke in Hawaii and it was ok. Today I happened to be same in same shopping center as Poke Bistro, decided to give it a try, had the salmon and ahi tuna as well as the Hawaiian moiety, eel on top of salad bits. I’m very impressed with the overall efforts as it was a work of art and (shoot I forgot to take a photo) the presentation was parallel to the taste. The spring mix could not be any fresher as the texture was crisp and temp was cool and very fresh. I added jalapeños and had the server “surprise me” with no less than 18 sauces then fresh ginger and topped with dry onion. The spices were drizzled artistically (like those heart shapes in the coffee foam)….. I should have taken that photo but honestly once I got started photo was not on my mind, but the flavors, texture, the synergy of all of it together was way better than what I had in Hawaii, imho I hadn’t given poke a second thought until today. The fish was fresh and well prepared, I’m told the owner comes in every morning to cut the fresh fish into square tasty morsels. It’s Wow, kapuyaa, hijole good. Congratulations to the palate of the chef who clearly knows what she/he is doing. Highly recommended!! And I’ve just become a fan 😃. Ps, no affiliation, ymmv, yada yada

This is for sure my favorite Poke spot ever!! The customer service is A1, and the food is delicious! The serving sizes are definitely worth it and fill me up every time. The place is very clean and comfortable for dining in. You can tell the owners take pride in their business, and this place has become my regular lunch spot.

The bowls here are super delicious 😋. I honestly do not remember ever eating Eel until now. This small bowl 🥣 was a lot for me. I think if 2 people share this bowl, their stomach will appreciate it. After eating this bowl, I felt tired and sleepy like a little baby 😅🐤. It has been a long while since I felt sleepy after eating. I usually haven't felt this way until now. I think it was too much food for me. I appreciate the service here 🙏. THE food was super great 👌.

We drive 15 mins to come here. The food is so delicious and fresh. I'm always raving to my coworkers how good it is here. The customer service is also what brings us back. They are very kind and always helpful when idk what sauces to add to my bowl :)
