his was my first time and definitely not coming back again. My boyfriend insisted in coming to this place; so we walked in. It was so quiet. Not even a good morning a good afternoon; in other words, we were not acknowledged, when we walked in, the place felt very tense. I suggested it to share a Poké bowl with my bf but we noticed they were quite small. anyhow, so we started ordering our Poké bowls and everything was fine until we got to the register. I believe the cashier was the owner appears to be skinny, old, and Asian guy!! So, when we got to pay, I asked the cashier nicely to have my bfs crab meat on the side cause he forgot to ask for it .. the asian man face just twitched when I ask for it… then I asked him for a side of spicy sauce; it seem like I was twisting his arm.. I been to poke bowl spots whoever is preparing my bowl asks me specifically what I want.. with this cashier every time I asked for something, I could see his face upset; that just put us on the wrong foot.. well, I don’t think they know what the definition of customer services is.. i didn’t see the dried onions for my toppings which the cashier didn’t asked me if I wanted any… That was like strike 3 ?… So I asked for a side, it felt like I was asking for his car keys lol.. he just threw it in my bag … I told him straight out. we are not coming back cause he was so rude.. despite of I was nice about it cause I would have just thrown it back at him …the experience was horrible????

Definitely not worth the money... poor customer service, slow workers and it just doesn't taste as good so they must be getting cheap with the quality of products there... won't be back unfortunately Ralph's makes (even to order) a great poke bowl for almost half the price.

He then walked to the front to inform me they did not open till 11:30am. I apologized bc the door was open, and I had assumed. He walked over to OPEN sign and said, "do you see the sign is not on!?" Honestly, he was being super rude, but decided since I was there, he would serve me. MAYBE HE SHOULDNT HAVE THE DOOR OPEN IF HE DOESNT WANT CUSTOMERS TO WALK IN BEFORE 11:30AM.. As I was ordering a couple then walked in, hehe that's what he gets. Maybe he was having a bad day. But either than that My bowl was delicious, but a bit more on the pricier side compared to other places...

This place is pretty nice overall. I like their selection. I don't really like how stingy they are with the protiens! Some of the workers are more generous, but for 15 dollars, is it really necessary to be so meticulous with each scoop?

Wouldn't say it's 10/10 5 stars but this spot is up there for some really tasty decent quality poke. I haven't had any issues with portions in my experience and I also enjoy the options you have at this location for creating your bowl. I don't live too close to the area but when I'm around i definitely like to stop by and grab a bowl.

After a short argument that yellowtail is not tuna . I chose everything for my poke bowl . It was excellent my server did not bicker over giving a little extra seaweed salad that is fabulous by the way because the last four times I have been there this is been a small problem.As I walked in I realized they had a new beverage refrigerator with a huge selection of soft Drinks . ? Normally I just choose water complementary.I highly suggest taking time out for the Poke Bistro great food very fresh with lots of options in a nice atmosphere. Also they have a water purifier for a complimentary cup a purified water. ❤️?

This was my first time in the area since I moved from Irvine that I had a day off to explore and enjoy the day to myself and I was well met by the staff. I expressed that I wanted to get the large bowl with 5 scoops but I saw that they had a different selection of proteins. From the corner of my eye I saw crawfish and octopus so I was excited to try the selection and with the help of my server, he prepped and made my bowl to order with no substitutions and all the inclusions! I inquired if I could get some of the Loca sauce on the side and instead opted to put it on my protein along with the other sauces after trying it out and it was a very good choice! It was a fine balance of mild spice and flavor.Just watching the preparation was enough to make my mouth water! I took my first bite which included the crawfish and spicy octopus and thanked my server because it was a great recommendation and I live next to the Pokitomik but I agree Poke Bistro is well worth the minute drive! Since moving, I've been craving some Boiling Crab and the sauce really hit the craving. I didn't finish my bowl in store, but that's only so I could devour my delicious order in the privacy and comfort of home.They explained that they had a limited selection, but that's only because they have a steady amount of returning and happy customers! I will be returning soon! If you're looking for a friendly small-owned business with a peaceful setting, make sure to stop by and try out their options!(:

The strip mall it's located in is typical riverside weird. The liquor store nearby brings in a pretty pathetic crowd But the other good poke restaurant down the street (poke bar) has a similar weird mall crowd. Their interior is a bit more classy, though. All in all, nothing special but nothing horrible
Poke Bistro is located in a strip mall and parking can be a bit tough to find sometimes. I have been here a few times and the customer service is a hit or miss. I thought the food tasted ok. The fish did not taste that fresh and the portion is smaller than what I'd hope for the price. They also started charging extra for more seaweed salad :( . There aren't too many poke places in Riverside, so this one will suffice to satisfy my cravings.

I don't poke. But I had the best experience here. The customer service was out of this world. The server Dwayne did an outstanding job helping me order my food, giving advice, and making me comfortable. I had no idea what to get and Dwayne helped me from to finish. Poke Bistro, you guys need to give this young man a bonus or appreciation, something. He is your star player. I'm definitely coming back with friends. But please Poke Bistro, give this man so recognition!

Poke Bistro is one of the better options for poke in Riverside. The Hawaiian style salmon and tuna is delicious. What sets this place apart from the rest of the poke options in the area is the simple sauce selections. The poke is good enough to stand on its own and Poke Bistro knows there’s no need to drench it in overpowering sauces and flavors (looking at you, Low Key Poke). There has been a price increase, but what hasn’t these days. The serving size is fair and I was content with just a regular bowl. Overall, my favorite in the area so far.
