I'm a gig worker and I went to the window in the drive-thru to pick up my order and was told that I had to go into the lobby and get my order that they would not give it to me in the window. I received orders through that window many times as well as going into the lobby. That's the last order that I will pick up from Popeyes on Arlington! He could have handed me my order and then explained that I have to pick up in the lobby next time. But he didn't. And my order was sitting on the counter waiting for me when I got in to the lobby.

There's 2 bad service people inside. The manager and a worker. My wife order a family meal with a coupon and everything was fine. Until someone else comes and makes a big order and the manager gave her big order first and this person did not had her order from the app she order inside.Wife was there first waiting 15mns then 45mns until wife got up and ask for her money back. That's when the manager and worker got upset denied to give the money back. Wife had to ask several times for her money back until the manager finally gave the money back. The worker denied to give back the coupon, he throw it to the trash infront of my wife, I just wish I was there when this guy threw the coupon infront of my wife.This was not right. This Happened at 12:00pm, Thursday, just incase there's 2 shifts with different managers. So you can know at what time she is there. This is not right. Just wish that people could have some respect for others.

We were excited when this location first opened but quickly lost interest after repeatedly getting wrong orders and waiting forever in the drive thru. So yesterday after almost a year I decided to go through the drive thru to get the ghost pepper chicken sandwich. There were 3 cars ahead of me and 30 minutes later I got my sandwich only to find out later it wasn't the right one and had no spice what-so-ever. I'm done with this place. Sad as the employees are always so nice so it has to be management and training issues.

The service received from Hana and Analie was just excellent. If only some of the other locations would receive re- training tips from Hana i believe this franchise would exceed expatations from future customers.

The manager Hanna and her crew were amazing and make my food perfect every single time, And she is also super understanding. I always try and go when she’s work if not then I’m ok. Her and anybody working on her shift just are so wonderful. Thank you Hanna and Popeyes crew you are amazing.

I ordered 2 meals . It's was the chicken sandwich in the big box. The food was fresh and hot. The cashier was very respectful and polite. The assistant manager runs a good shift .

I almos forgot to do this but I just want to sat that I was real impressed with my experience at Popeyes last night. Went for a family meal at like 6pm and it was real busy but the employees were all busting butt getting orders out. They were nice and doing a good job. My food was hot and good. Will be back for sure
