If your hours say you close at 11pm, then CLOSE at 11pm—not 10:50. I showed up fully expecting to grab food before close, and they had already shut down everything. Lights off, doors locked, employees clearly done for the night like they were clocking out early on purpose. That’s not just frustrating—it’s straight-up disrespectful to customers who actually check your posted hours and make the effort to support your business.
If you don’t want to serve customers until 11, then change your hours. Don’t lie about it and waste people’s time. I don’t care if this location is “individually owned”—when your brand name is on the building, it reflects on all of you. This is a customer service failure and I won’t be coming back.
First time trying this place. I got a take out meal of a burger, fries and chicken tenders. Ketchup and a sauce came with the meal. The burger looked good. Nice sized patty with red onion, tomato and sauce. The patty was not seasoned and the bun seemed old. The fries were cooled down by the time I got to where I was going so I am going to say they were ok. The tenders were good. My container was put in the bag upside but for what I bought, that's ok. The person that helped me seemed like they wanted to say, "hurry up and order." They didn't do it though?. I won't say I wouldn't try R Burger again, maybe just a different location.
Even though the food is good I will never pay $16.47 for another burrito form here again. Talking about a total rip off. Look at the size of the burrito they sell you..smh

Waiters can be a little more friendly they really don’t walk around. If you need anything chicken tenders are pretty dry hamburgers are delicious though.
Worst pastrami sandwich i ever had, all bread. This place absolutely sucks. Very overpriced as well for the quality of food. I will never come here again or any R burger establishment.
