Stopped at this location on our way back to Phoenix. Staff was very friendly and fast. This location is much bigger than the Upland location and had a lot to look at as far as merchandise and decorations on the walls. Coffee was awesome! Tried the spookshow and wish I had ordered the largest size because I wanted more lol.

I love that there’s a Rad down the street from my job. But lately they have been messing up my order. I am a regular. I always get the Pumpkin Chai with Brown Sugar. Last weekend & this weekend. The color has been off. It look like milk with ice. I asked them to remake it & both times made it wrong. Only one who makes great drinks is Lucas. Ask for him. He’ll make your drink perfect every time. Waste of my money. They hire girls who fit the aesthetic but terrible at customer services.

Barista wearing red baseball cap was not friendly and acted as if each person in line to order was bothering her. Highly recommend that she doesn’t work the register or interact with guests from now on. Will not return.
Blended drink with cereal was pretty good. Americano was cardboard-y.

I work in Big Bear Lake and I've had a few customers come in with merchandise from this coffee shop and it's been on my bucket list to check out for over a year now.
Today 10/16/24 I finally was able to visit this coffee shop with my wife and we both got their popular Pumpkin Latte that has White Chocolate in it and obviously pumpkin. The flavor was excellent and the coffee drink itself had an excellent smooth taste. My wife and I both loved the coffee ☕ from this place and really glad we came here. It's a bit hidden and seems like a hole in the wall type of place but hey sometimes those are the best places! If you haven't been to this coffee shop you NEED to come to this place.
