Pizza Lovers Will Love Ray's PizzaI just had some of the best pizza in a while. Totally unexpected and a pleasant surprise. The thing about pizza, if the crust or the bread sucks, it doesn't matter what you top it off with. But with Ray's Pizza's, the crust is nice, thin and very tasty. I tried the pepperoni and the Hawaiian slice with pineapple and they were awesome. I know there are plenty of places to eat in this area but a good slice of pizza is a rare find these days. Everyone was nice and friendly. Great service. Great value for the price. Give them a try. I highly recommend.PS. I wish I had take a picture of my slices. I would have taken a few pictures had I known was going to be motivated to right a nice review. Trust me. Check them out!

The vegan Supreme Pizza was amazing. Bloody delicious. I was literally gobsmacked. Forgot to pick up pizza, but asked about my pizza and was able to get it and see the talented Italian chef who made the infamous pizza He speaks Italian and English! Said buonanotte & he seemed surprised someone can speak Italian here. Probably used to just having English speaking customers. I learned Italian just because I loved Italian food, art, culture, architecture, and language❣❣❣everything I got was just perfecto OPTIMA❣❣❣

Your pizza is realy good however i have had alot of issues with pickup and somebody picked up the phone and i could hear their breathing snd they hung up the phone then a second time they did not pick it up you should hire more staff like Michael wjo is gone now because you sre losing alot of money WE WANT TO BUY YOUT PIZZA BUT SOME OF YOUR STAFF ARE slacking me and my dad hope we can finally get some of this pizza after you solve this i gave you 3 stars becuase i dont want this place to go down but please look into this issue with your staff

I suggest to make your own pizza! I tried it and it was awssssome! The hot chicken wings is highly suggested to hot food lovers ! if you order more than 15$ the delivery is going to be free. Meanwhile, the delivery was on time!

Rudest service I have ever had. My wife tried to go to the toilet at 11.58 and was rudely told she has to wait till 12, understandable. So we waited on the patio till 12 to order. At 12.01 Briana who claims to be the owners daughter came out and told us we can't sit there unless we order. I said we are happy to order that's what we have been waiting for until 12 as you requested. We were then told the ovens were heating up and we can't order. I asked you told us to wait until 12 now it's after twelve and your saying we can't order but also can't sit, what would you like us to do? Pictures looked great but really hope service like this doesn't ruin it.

Not the best and not the worst I've had. I ordered the pizza bianco. It was really heavy on the ricotta and fairly light on the mozzarella. Also ordered the mild wings with ranch. Very lack luster and the ranch was about the same.

This one star is strictly for the customer service today, 08/21/2020 at 1:30 PM. I ordered a medium one topping pizza, and while waiting I noticed I could have ordered 2 for the same price. When my pizza was ready I said to the stout young lady " I have a question, it's only a question, I want to make sure I am reading correctly. So I asked about the two medium. Her reply was "you could have, its written in English plain as day". The disrespectful attitude and gestures continued, adding something about making money. I believe she thought I wanted another pizza and I didn't. I merely wanted clarification of my oversight.In my opinion a simple "yes sir" is all that was required. Not the hand gestures and sassy attitude. I drove from Menifee for one reason, to patronize a business owner that's a decent guy with pizza my grandson enjoys a lot

Ordered the combo specialty pizza... Not what I expected... crust too thin, not cheesy... just ho hum ... family were really disappointed with this pizza.

Cool spot in the UV that could stand to use more patronage, as it has fallen off during the pandemic. Pizza is a solid NY style pie, best I've found in Riverside. Nothing is skimped on cheese or toppings. Crust holds up well, indicative of good dough, especially for Rays not being hooked up to NYC DEP. Slices are available and there's usually a pepperoni/plain pie ready to go. Pass on the wings. Pre breaded and partial cooked, ran through a conveyor oven, sauced in a variety of bottled sauces. Owner advertises hot wings with blue cheese. +1 for that but hot wings are never to be breaded.
I ordered delivery from Ray's because our pizza place doesn't deliver. Big mistake. Frozen pizza is way better than what this place makes. The quality is not worth the well over an hour wait time or the price. Also, delivery guy dropped off at 7:12pm and didn't ring the doorbell to let us know, or send a message or something. So the pizza sat outside for another 45min. It was cold and a fly got into one of the boxes. Maybe next time you should let the customer know when you deliver by some method of communication. Will not ever be getting food from here again.

So sad. Great pizza, but I ended up ordering pizza elsewhere because of an unpleasant staff member. I didn't trust that the irritated employee on the phone would not do something nasty to our food. Good customer service is so important.

I have been going to rays for a while, but it's been a minute since I've been there. I LOVE there pizza and I also use to love the customer service I would get there, but I just went today and I don't know how the two people that were working got hired. They were both extremely rude. The guy that answered the phone legit hung up on me while I was in the middle of talking & when I went in the girl who was there looked at me when I said hello and just looked away. Customer service really affects the business & if the manager of rays see's this I highly recommend firing them cause I'd love to continue eating your amazing pizza but not if I'm going to get treated like s*** every time I go in.
