The waiter was not able to answer some basic questions about the menu. He failed to refill drinks and my neverending salad and soup never happened.
Maybe he is new, but I really expect better

I had lunch with my family and they had the best time. The service was phenomenaland the food was great! The server Damian was attentive and very nice and the manager Ali went above and beyond! I will definitely be coming back to share a meal with my family again.

Two meals came out wrong, basic requests like drinks and extra plates were ignored, we had to chase down our waitress and the birthday boy was served crab with no crackers because “people steal them.” Seriously? The manager shrugged and offered to crack it himself… in ten minutes. So the birthday boy sat there eating alone while the rest of us watched him because we already finished our food.

The ‘manager’ reluctantly knocked 20% off the bill when pressed. Staff energy was pure “we don’t care” across the board. Unprofessional, understaffed, and just plain sad for a birthday dinner. Red Lobster, do better.

Just went to the Riverside Magnolia location...SUCK! My server and manager did their best but experience was horrible. No utensils to open the crab legs. The new little plastic utensil got my fingers and hand aching. Both restrooms floors are flooded...not wet but puddles of 💧. We good on Red for a while!

My husband bought a whole cake and food for my birthday 07/18 ,I did not think of checking the cake before putting it in the freezer.After everyone ate and asked for cake I got the cake out and opened the box only to find out it was not a whole cake pieces of the cake had already been sold. He called RedLobster several times only for them to hang up on him, one person said (Oh it’s been a crazy day that’s why they didn’t check the cake before giving it to you )and hung up.The only thing the staff up front was doing before giving the order was talking to each other not helping customers.

Red Lobster Management Team contacted me and offered to make it right. That's great customer service and will keep customers coming back!

Just disappointing over all,
Especially for the price. This specific location needs a complete overhaul and diners should not be placed so close to the restrooms.

I was so scared to try the seafood boil, but they didn't disappoint! It was delicious! 😋 We had the garlic butter and old bay flavor. We were able to share between two so there was a healthy amount! I definitely recommend!

I want to give a huge shout-out to the amazing team at Red Lobster!

Hassiem, the host, went above and beyond his duties. Even though it was pretty busy, he took the time to help us as it was my first time visiting with my boyfriend. We wanted to ask about the drinks, and he was so helpful — he recommended the best ones and made us feel so welcome from the moment we arrived.

Christian, our server, was super attentive. He checked on us constantly and let us know to ask him if we needed anything at all.

Later on, when Christian had to leave, Betty Barajas stepped in and picked up our table. She was amazing! We had a lovely conversation with her, and she made us feel right at home. We shared that it was our first time at Red Lobster, and she made sure it was a memorable experience.

The food was delicious, the host and servers were incredible, and the hospitality overall was top-notch — even the manager made sure everything was perfect.

It was truly the best first time ever, and we will definitely be coming back! Please keep up the wonderful hospitality!
